It was delicious. But quite expensive.
Mhm, one of the better yum cha in Auckland. Portions are quite good, and food tends to be quite fresh. Today was a little disappointing with some of the buns being cold when they got to us, but overall the execution of the classic dim sum is good.
Nothing blows me away, but it’s consistently above average. Some favourites rated below!
Lotus Leaf Sticky Rice: 8/10
Siumai: 8/10
Spare ribs: 8/10
Cheung fun: 6/10
Chicken feet: 7/10
Salted egg custard bun: 7/10
Authentic taste of Cantonese style Dim Sum. Reasonable price and wide range selection of dim sum. Liked their noodle rolls and custard tards.
Cons: Difficult to find a car park.
Ideally the best place for family gathering/celebrations. Can fit for big groups so why would be bothered if you have a nuclear family or want to find places for work party. The food is still amazing tho it wasn’t as great as before. We start with the lotus soup, then mains’ve been served with a massive portions, lobster noodles need more flavour but fine in general. Roasted duck rolled with rice paper is fire. The fish is crispy pan fried. We finished our dinner with a big piece of taro cake for each. This place can’t be missed for a big celebration!
This place was extremely busy, once you arrive a ticket is given to indicate your place in the queue. We came for lunch and waited for 40 minutes before being seated. The food was good, however it was more expensive than other yum char places.
This pl had a wonderful selection to choose from - the food just kept coming & coming - the staff suggested so Moana things to try which can be overwhelming but great at the same time especially if you are keen to try different things. This is 1 yum cha that is to be tried - highly recommend.
Honestly the best Yamchar place in the whole AKL. Everything was so good. Price was a bit expensive compared to other Yamchar places. If it’s near city, I think I’ll probably visit here several times a week.

Best yumcha in Auckland so far. Decent selection and tasted very good. Price was more expensive than other yum cha place, but the quality was definitely better. Always crowded, so make sure to book beforehand.
BEST AKL DIMSUM. Loving that their chef are HK chefs, it really bring the authentic taste experience here.
Loving every dishes from them, it’s so tasty, soy sauce would never be needed. Absolutely love their tauhuay (bean curd) the most
One of my favourite yum Cha and Cantonese joints.
Beware - if you’re not used to the busy yum Cha experience, you need to be prepared to take a number at the counter and wait.
But I promise you it’s worth it!
The dumplings here are delicious! And because it’s so busy, they usually always come out to your table piping hot.
The Chinese banquets for dinner are out of this world, if you’re lucky enough to experience banquet that is! Otherwise their “a la carte” menu is premo.
I highly highly recommend the Peking duck.
Nom
Yummy... the durian roll was so good...nice dessert!! I love the chicken feet yum. They gave free oranges. We paid 69$. The crispy pork is yum, crispy!!!
Had dinner and yum cha here a few times. Every time I've been here the experience has been wonderful. Nice music in background. Staff are friendly, helpful and accommodating if you have dietary issues. Food is nice and portion sizes are good. A bit on pricier side but would be a fantastic venue for celebrations.
Nice yum cha but not amazing.
Roast Duck - Tasty
Deep Fried Prawn - Citrusy Mayo Taste. I quite like it
Glutinous Rice - Very filling but not enough flavour, only wrapped with some lean meat and yam.
Prawn Dumpling and Siew Mai - Average good when eat it hot
Pork ribs - fairly good but not amazing
It's always super busy for Yum Cha, no matter what day of the week. Be prepared to wait. However, dinner time has great ambience and you can reserve a private room also. Fresh live seafood, ask for the price and weight. Excellent service and food came out promptly
Highly recommended by friends. Came before 11am so don’t need to wait. But when I left, there were quite lots of people waiting. It’s very nice place for friends and family catch up, just take time to enjoy the food. Food are tasty and probably better than some restaurants in Southern China. Good customer service but everyone is so busy. Will revisit again.
A very busy place, crowded. We came as a group. Food is appetising and fresh, dinner was great. Quick serving the dishes like they shoved it on the table. I would say one of the good chinese restaurants in Auckland.
Great for yum cha, super consistent. Classic, quality dim sum and solid selection. Best to go early or book ahead to avoid long waits. Har gow, siu mai, and egg tarts all very good.
ok it's my first yum cha here in NZ but damn this is great till now I'm craving for those crispy pork ribs siomai and buns make sure you take you time and don't just let the ladies give you the dishes choose well we found out we wanted the later dishes but nonetheless I can't wait to go back would be good to view their menu which is in the table to get familiarise with the dishes in the trolleys
We had a birthday get together and it was a wonderful experience. The yum cha was scrumptious and flow was good. The young man who brought us candles and a lighter for the birthday cake deserves special mention for completing the great experience.
My usual dimsum spot. You may have to wait a little to get your table.
Chicken wings are really good.
