Located on Parnell Road, The restaurant entrance is down some stairs from the main road, just keep an eye out for the signs and menu board. The interior looks quite nice, traditional but also quite modern with quite a lot of wood. A bit dim but quite a nice and comfortable atmosphere. The initial service was good, given a table and water and menus. It wasn't to hard to flag someone to take our order. They didn't check up much after ordering though, only topping up water when asked. The food had nice flavours. We had the summer rolls and the calamari chips to start off with. The summer rolls were nice with the dipping sauce but did have quite a bit of lettuce. The calamari chips were interesting, crispy and a little spicy in chip form. Dad had the Pho and the broth was a bit on the salty side. I had the bun cha and it didn't come out as I expected. An interesting presentation and the flavours were quite nice, although it was hard to tell if it was grilled since it didn't have that charry flavour. Also tried the pandan crepe roll for dessert. The crepe was really good but the dish was lacking the coconut flavour.A nice place for Vietnamese food but it did look a bit different than other places but the flavours were similar.
Very nice Vietnamese fusion, just like western food with dash of Vietnamese feels, delicious and decent enough to fill your stomach. Friendly staffs, we have been there twice already.
Excellent food , it was my first time @ a Vietnamese restaurant, loved the food it was freshly made ,beautiful presentation, the service was excellent, we loved the desert , we will go back again .
Came for dinner with a couple friends. The service was nice, staff were lovely and attentive when needed.
Of course we ordered the flaming coconut prawn curry. This is definitely more for the novelty, price is a little high for the portion otherwise but the curry was really flavourful and heaps of prawns. The papaya salad was really flavourful and fresh, I would recommend this one too. Fried spring rolls were good but a little small. Shaking beef was good but a little basic personally, I wouldn’t order it again here. Overall we enjoyed the food though!
Lovely respondent with good vibes. The food was tasty and full of different flavors. The speed was okay, and staff was friendly. Some dishes are smaller in portions than I thought.
The best Vietnamese restaurant ever!!! The pork ribs as an appetite shows strongest and most delicious flavor! The prawns are great but I prefer ribs more^^
This restaurant has a very attractive ambience with its Vietnam themed decoration. The dishes are very well presented and they taste as good as they look. The stars of the show for me are the Fish Green Curry and the Caramelized Pork Belly - both go very well with steamed rice. There were 6 of us and we had a good time dining and mingling.
Atmosphere is good. Quiet. Pho is quite good but could be better. Remember to ask for fish sauce and homemade vinegar. Wheelchair cannot access (probably)
First time trying here for a late valentines celebration. We had the pork papaya salad, fish green curry and sizzling coconut prawn. The pork papaya salad was very nice, it has nice acidity and the pork belly was grilled nicely, definitely a good appetizing dish. Main was the green curry and the sizzling prawn. The green curry was very creamy and lots of flavour, really enjoyed that the most. The sizzling prawn came out looking quite nice with the flame, flavour wise I think was pretty average. The sauce tasted quite plain and the prawn had good texture (kinda like the ones you can buy from supermarket) but doesn't have the fresh seafood sweetness after taste. Also they could have given the prawn more char flavour to make it taste better. So overall I liked 2 of the 3 dishes we ordered.
Also to note, service is quite fast here. Price is on the upper side, so a nice treat or date idea here.
We loved the atmosphere and the food. Very tasty and decent sized portions. The service was also very good, very friendly and fast.
That’s actually maybe the only point I found strange, the food was ready so fast that the starters came after the mains… still not a problem but a bit strange.
Very cool vibe. We enjoyed the drinks and the food. Coconut prawn and scallops are highly recommended. Vietnamese coffee is just right.
The vibe inside is great and comfortable, perfect for a long dinner with friends. Enjoyed my meal
Linh served us and I am not joking, it was the best service I have ever received!! Honestly, she was just fantastic. The food was delicious too. What a great place, we will be back!
