Staff is very friendly. It's nice to sit outside when the weather is fine as there is not much traffic. The food is average though, not what I would call delicious but not bad either. My toasted sandwich was quite dry, the ham not very tasty. It's for sure not my favorite Cafe when I want to have something yummy to eat but it's ok when you just wanna have a bite the eat. I think the opening hours are quite good if you wanna go out for breakfast on the weekend.

The stuff here were very friendly and attentive. I was impressed by the nice service when I step in.

Ordered a large flat white and a walnut tart for my lunch.

Unfortunately, the coffee was too plain, and they left too much room in the cup which was not a proper large size for me.

The walnut tart was not bad. Sweet& gooey!

This was a nice and cozy little cafe at the corner of Lorne street. I got the pancakes, and the portion was average but I was really really full afterwords which is good. The pancake were really nice and fluffy and really good in general with the banana however, the syrup was a tad little too sweet for my liking especially early in the morning. My friend had gotten the ravioli and the bit that I tasted was amazing so I will definitely be ordering that one next time I go in!

Overall, the cafe was average compared to some others I've been to but service was very friendly and nice.

we were looking for another place but found this one on the way. walked in without much enthusiasm but found everything much to our liking. chai latte was fantastic! we asked what cake was the best - friendly staff member suggested cheesecake - he wasnt wrong. if you're not looking for anything gourmet or fancy, just nice, this is it.

The man at the counter is so lovely!!!! That's the first thing I noticed, he's so friendly and funny! We looked at the menu but didn't have wedges so we asked and it turns out they do!
They were fresh, hot and crispy! So yummy :) am excited to come back and try other food! i have nothing but good expectations

I really like the calming atmosphere of the cafe. The staff are very friendly and always smiling. In terms of food, I recommend the pesto pasta and what I really like about the dish is that they add a small plate of cheese of the side.

Lots of local competition but this is the one I keep coming back to. Great coffee, run by very friendly people and a pleasantly quirky building. Worth looking out for.

I've been coming here for breakfast since my first time in Auckland (back in 2016). I travel from U.S. to N.Z. about 4 or 5 times a year for work. I love this little "hole in the wall". Traditional English breakfast and delicious coffee. It's one block from beautiful Albert Park.

This is a wonderful cafe. Droppd by in the late morning after landing in Auckland for a little pick me up. Cappuccino was excelent, and the brownie was fantastic. Nice chill / easy vibes of the cafe, and I enjoyed relaxing for a few moments.

Really nice family run place. They were really helpful in getting me a cable so I could charge my phone and the coffee (cappuccino) I got was so delicious, I had two. I didn’t eat here so can’t comment on the food, so this 5/5 is for their customer service and the coffee!! Love a family owned business and they were very friendly.

Nice location, just off Queen St and in the middle of the city. Very convenient if you are on foot, not convenient if you are driving. It was quite busy, so the staff were friendly but efficient. The coffee was good and the coconut muffin tasted great. It lacked the ultra-cool vibe of other inner city cafes.

I like this place, carrot cake, coconut cake is always nice and fresh. Don't like the seats outside. All the chair legs are lost in shape. Dosent stand straight anymore😂😂 but nice coffee and food.
