Damn came here for a coffee one morning with my parents. I obviously got an Iced Mocha and she was very good she pulled through but was very strong I think it needed a tad more chocolate because the coffee taste was very strong. I was super happy they put a flat lid on my iced mocha that's instantly a 5 stars for me. My mom got a Mocha and my dad got a Flatwhite which they both enjoyed. The cafe is super cute, clean and trendy with a good selection of drinks from what I could see. Would like to come back and try some of there smoothies. x

I’m glad I checked out Well+Good on a quiet Thursday lunchtime. It wasn’t crowded, so service was quick (and very friendly). For a small shop, they have a surprisingly wide range of cabinet food with both sweet and savoury items (most, if not all, are vegan friendly). Their fridge also stocks muesli cups, salads, and cold drinks – so you’re pretty much covered no matter what you’re in the mood for.
My regular-sized chai latte was $5.40, which wasn't the cheapest but at least it was super creamy and delicious. I was also glad to find that it was more on the spicy side than sweet.
Also worth noting is that they take the sustainability part of their brand seriously; one corner of the café was home to a range of sustainably made kids’ clothes for sale. The boho-chic interior vibe is on point, but be warned that it can get loud when machinery’s in use.
If you find yourself on that end of Ponsonby Road and craving People’s Coffee or a tasty vegan treat, Well+Good is definitely worth checking out.

Beautifully made refined suger free/gluten free etc etc.. food. Great people behind the counter. The only place like it in the area. Great to keep that body healthy!
So yum and lots of options ! Would love to see some maybe bite sized slices of the original slices each day, as an option for a little sweet treat as a side to lunch, because the sizes are quite big!! :)

Healthy food is an understatement. This is pure health, the food is well cooked and if you are looking to switch it up from the day to day sugar and fat Intake then this is the spot for you.
I got the Buddah bowl and my body will be thanking me later. I even feel full which is good so you know the food is nutritious and good for you.

A small but cosy cafe right on the shopping street in Ponsonby. This is the best selection of raw cakes in Auckland I’ve seen so far. They have both vegan and glutenfree ones. I tasted the brownie and it was amazing!!
The cafe makes their own almond milk and use that in their coffees. I loved it!
The young guy working there was very friendly, efficient and knowledgable about the cafe and its products.

Vegan, dairy free and gluten free.
Even if you don’t require any of those things, these are still the best cookies. They’re huge, moist and delicious.

Random stop through Ponsonby this morning, and purchased a Gluten & Dairy Free Pear and Greek Currant scone and Chia Breakfast cup.. OMG! heading back there tomorrow morning! So worth the trip over the bridge!
No cafe with good coffee and friendly staff.
They do not have flavours for lattes but have heaps of vegan and gluten free food options.
I love the fact they use 100% biodegradable cups for their take away coffees and have alternative options for regular milk.
Price rage is moderate for coffee but food are moderate to high price. Hence, 4stars.
Delicious whole food cafe where we had a good frittata, a tofu, rice, kale and chickpea salad and yummy cake. The picture is the blueberry and coconut no bake cake, like a mealt in the mouth solid mousse. Well worth a visit.
If you're into raw vegan cakes like me, or you just have a sweet tooth, definitely give them a go! I used to go to Little Bird but actually this place has been sweet things, much better quality, and I know a thing or two about vegan raw slices :)

Excellent coffee! Jordan makes a mean brew, as do the others. Really enjoyed the Buddha Bowl, yummy and so good for me.
The raw and vegan options are so diverse they satisfy all my Cravings at student budget friendly prices! Beautiful little café with refined sugar-free sweet makes it an awesome place to take kids for treats. Parking is always available nearby and their hours are very sensible. I love going here.
