I have been coming to those little family family restaurant for over 10 years and they have never disappointed me. The service is fast and amazing. The food does vary slightly when they're busy but wherever you get a chance to be one of the first patrons, you won't be disappointed. Friendly and accommodating!

The place is thee best! food is sooo amazing and the servers are so friendly and kind!! My family and i come here regularly and i wish they would open another shop closer to central so we don’t have to make such a trip every time we want to eat their amazing food. This time we got the raw marinated crab as well as the spicy pork back bone soup and they were both sooo good. flavours are always so perfect and they give sooo many side dishes which are refillable. If someone were to ask me for a restaurant recommendation i would say hands down this place!

~$400 for 9 people, ~$45/person I would highly recommend the marinated beef ribs and the spicy pork hangover stew! The cold noodles and side dishes were pretty decent as well. The raw beef dish was absolutely delicious and definitely higher quality than what some other korean places serve. Be warned that the meat for KBBQ has a minimum 2 portion requirement, meaning at least 2 portions of the *same* meat. Overall a fantastic place :-)

Always keen for a good Korean BBQ. This place was on the way to where we were heading up north and thought we would try it out. It was lunch so we didn't want to order too many things. The service was great and the sides were amazing. A lot of variety and also it tasted so fresh. The marinated beef was so tender and the cuts were good. The bibimbap was wholesome. Would definitely be back here with a bigger group to enjoy more food.

During my visit to Kumkang Mountain, I had the pleasure of dining at the Kumkang Mountain Restaurant, which proved to be a delightful culinary experience complemented by its stunning natural surroundings. Located conveniently near the mountain's base, the restaurant offers a serene ambiance and panoramic views that enhance the overall dining experience. Upon entering the restaurant, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who guided me to my table. The interior exudes a rustic charm, with wooden furnishings and tasteful decorations that create a cozy atmosphere. Large windows provide ample natural light and allow diners to marvel at the breathtaking vistas of the mountain's verdant landscapes. The menu at Kumkang Mountain Restaurant offers a diverse selection of dishes, ranging from traditional Korean delicacies to international cuisines, ensuring there is something to satisfy every palate. As a fan of Korean cuisine, I was pleased to find a variety of authentic dishes prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The flavors were robust and well-balanced, showcasing the skillful craftsmanship of the chefs. One dish that stood out was the Bibimbap, a traditional Korean rice bowl with an assortment of vegetables, marinated meat, and a perfectly fried egg. The combination of textures and flavors was exquisite, and it was evident that great care had been taken in its preparation. I also had the opportunity to try the Japchae, a stir-fried glass noodle dish, which was equally delightful. The service at Kumkang Mountain Restaurant was attentive and prompt, with the staff displaying a genuine passion for hospitality. They were knowledgeable about the menu and readily provided recommendations based on personal preferences. The waitstaff ensured that I had everything I needed throughout the meal, adding to the overall pleasant dining experience. One aspect that could be improved is the variety of vegetarian or vegan options on the menu. While there were a few choices available, a wider selection for those with dietary restrictions would be a welcome addition. Overall, dining at Kumkang Mountain Restaurant was a memorable experience. The combination of delectable food, friendly service, and the stunning natural backdrop made for an enchanting culinary journey. Whether you are visiting Kumkang Mountain for its breathtaking landscapes or seeking a delightful meal, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit.

This Korean food place is different than others. We ordered bulgogi beef to take-away. It was yum. It came with a case full of condiments. Those were good, too.
