Our new local, we live few hundred meters away. Saw the guy shaking his sign up by Maskell and decided to walk down. Best decision we made.
Delicious food, good beer and a great spot for a young family (incl a playground right across the road)
Had a nice lunch. Well presented. They have a good menu and lots of very enticing cabinet sweet and takeaway treats. You can eat in with good table service. The area is relaxed and comfortable and there is a park over the road that is the start to the costal walk way that is a nice walk. Which makes Meadow a good start or mid circuit or finish point. Was clean with easy access, insider or outside tables plenty of parking available. No challenges for disabilities. Good place for dogs.
We had a group lunch at Meadows and were very impressed. The restaurant is spacious, the booking process was easy. The food was lovely and the service fantastic, very attentive and friendly team. We will definitely be back, thanks.
As the new restaurant on the block we thought we would ‘support local’ .. and we were not disappointed.
The location - perfect ! Walking distance for most of us but also ample parking if you drive
Wine list - adequate and yummy, well priced cocktails
Food - good variety, portions were generous (no complaints) and the quality was good ( with the exception of the fish which was a little dry)
Service - excellent ! Our server Thom was friendly, knowledgeable and professional
Only suggestion - the decor was a bit bland. But nothing that some pictures on the walls and some greenery / plants won’t resolve.

My mates and I went here for dinner on its opening night, staff were delightful and kind, food tasted great and was cooked perfectly, size proportions were on point and the fit out was well completed. Had a few missed items/communication errors (to be expected at any new restaurant) but were quickly fixed and made up for by the wonderful team at Meadow. Thank you for the amazing experience! (unlike the unfortunate bad experiences i’ve had at Meadow St Heliers), will be back some time soon! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice meal out.
Had lunch with my brother on 2nd day of opening. Good service. Meals were really delivered quickly, well presented and tasty.
Pricing is good.
Much better than meadow in Saint Heliers. Hopefully it stays this good as we’d love to have another great local cafe.
Have been for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Eggs Benedict is fantastic and so in the beef burger. Also has Sawmill beer on tap which is great.
Handled our big, unannounced group super well. Good food and courteous staff.
