We stopped by at this cafe on our road trip to Auckland and it was great. Friendly staff and great service. The food was delicious, coffee was great and great view from the upstairs room. We also happened to chat to the owner who is very passionate about her business and staff. Will definitely go back their next time when we're in the area again.
Wanted to thank your amazing barrister, Matt, for his excellent customer service. I usually come in once a fortnight for my Berrylicious Smoothie. I have been growing my hair and have finally had it styled - and Matt commented on how good my hair cut was! Made me feel a million dollars! Well done to all the wonderful staff that you have!
Stopped through for breakfast and it was great! We sat on the upper floor and had our choice of seating. You order at the counter and staff brings out your door / drinks - service was fairly quick and we loved our choices. Flat whites were strong and the bacon avocado stack was well done - great presentation. I held the hollandaise and added a side of smoked salmon. Decent portions too. Hubs ordered the salmon omelette and was pretty satisfied with that. They have a good amount of outdoor seating too!
Too many doors open on a cold day. Choice of music ‘interesting’ for cafe (classical). Food is always good but asked for it not to be too heated, still managed to burn my mouth on it. Table hadn’t been wiped thoroughly.

Had a lovely lunch here today. The staff were very friendly and service was great. Eggs Benedict and pancake stack were delicious. The coffee was really good too. We sat upstairs which was a very nice space. The bathroom facilities were spotlessly clean.
I visited this place only once for breakfast and had a good experience.
Very centrally located, Watery Mouth Cafe has seating both downstairs and upstairs. There were many customers - both dining in and for takeaways.
My breakfast was served promptly and was nice.
I will happily dine here again.
Lovely food, they have choices for keto, vegen and Vegetarian, no need to worry about your special dietary requirement.
They are using Manuka Hill Free Range Eggs, that's why their food are so yummy.
Friendly staff, amazing street view upstairs.

Decent food, atmopshere is average inside, but has a really nice view if you get an upstairs window seat!

My food was fine but the place was a little strange. Maybe quirky is the right word. On a coldish day they had the ceiling fans running.
Lovely cafe the coffee was great the little nibble of coconut rough on the side of the coffee was a great little treat. Both coffee and food came out fast. We had the big breakfast which was nice however our poached eggs were so hard and well over cooked. Would have been better if they took a little bit longer but re did our eggs to make sure they were cooked properly. Would go back. Would like to try their carrot cake as I've heard its the best in town.
