Absolutely incredible. I absolutely love Teasme. They use real tea and have a great service first approach. Highly recommended and I can safely recommend all options as I’ve had almost all of them.

I was attracted to the storefront that sells lotsa tea leaves. Good selection and they even have their own blend. Decided to try their BBT, the black sugar pearl with Earl Grey milk tea. The pearl is nice and soft with good black sugar flavouring. But the tea and milk were a little disappointing. Milk was from powder and the flavour of tea was too light. Otherwise would have been nice with the pearls. There was only 1 staff and this orders were quite slow with her having to take orders and also make the drinks.

Love love love this place, I usually go every couple of days. I buy their bubble tea and their retail teas. The bubble tea they make are delicious and very authentic. My husband really likes to go to the Hornby branch during the weekend, as there is a worker there called Mel? I think? She makes the best tea!!! Recommended me so much new flavours and the Sweet Talk Oolong she makes for me is beyond delicious!! The best I’ve had so far from that shop. Not only that she has recently gotten me addicted to a tea she introduced me to buy which is the Buddha tears!! She’s very skillful and has good customer service. Keep up the good work!!!
