Lovely service, came at lunch time today (a Saturday) so the ladies were very busy but still took time to tell me flavours of drinks I was interested in. There was a customer getting angry at the service staff and they handled it so calmly. Service was quick considering the time of day. Would recommend coming here.
Was greeted with bright smiles today! The lady at the counter made sure she understood what I wanted, and kept asking clarification before she does anything. Champ indeed!
Hitting the ground running from 8.30am. I ordered at 8.45am and staff are happy and asking about my morning. Very friendly and the Mocha with the Banana Muffin was delicious. Great way to start the day.
Since the one-star review below, I have gone back, and the service was excellent, and the pear and apple muffin warmed with butter to put on was divine, fresh and moist. The latte was fantastic, a great coffee. Thank you, Muffin
"Service was Catherine Tate 'Not bothered', I got a pie that was not worth the money or any money. It tastes like the smell of melted, burning plastic; why does it taste like this? I was starving and late for lunch, and I don't particularly appreciate wasting food, so I got through it. But never again, too awful for words. The diet coke won't wash the taste from my mouth. I'll have to buy a packet of strong mints at the supermarket."

Following Lisa smiths post I would like to publicly make it aware that I was that “ old ladies” sister who witnessed this take place and what Lisa has said is completely wrong. I spoke to this old lady and she was crying because she had a bad day and somebody pushed in front of her in line. That is not staffs fault. She told me she has no complaints with the staff there and that everyone was lovely to her. She was upset because of there customers not directed at staff whatsoever. She got her coffee and was a happy lady. Lisa smith you obviously misunderstood that situation completely or are changing the story to fit as that did not happen, I appreciate the concern for elders and unfortunately stuff like that doesn’t probably happen but accusing muffin break staff or something I even saw they didn’t do is not okay. I heard the staff and all they did was help direct her to the line as she was standing in the served line and didn’t know. If anything I think that’s very nice of them to stop what there doing to help her and show her where to line up.

The staff are always very pleasant and helpful and I really enjoy the muffins, scones and coffee also my grandsons like the fluffys.
Today we had 2 cappuccino coffees and 1fluffy, we always prefer muffin breaks coffees but today Sophie made a balanced, so delicious coffee for us that the smell made us crazy and the coffee made us crazier. I really appreciate Sophie’s skill and her coffees and muffin break’s great staff 😊😊😊😊👍👍👍👍
It's s great place to stop for a quick coffee and sweet or savory treat. I just love the surprise you get when you reach the end of your cup. 😁. I tried new item called a Duffen. A croissant filled with nutella. I think it's delicious but the chocolate is an over kill. That's my only gripe
Always good hot coffee. You can sit and savor it rather than other places that seem to have it not so hot so you don't stay so long so and want more bums on seats great food selection adds to wanting to go back
