I come to Riverside fairly often and every single time I make a straight shot for this place. Every single time I get the nachos with chicken or veges, and get them hot with jalapeños. Every single time it is the most delicious well balanced incredible bowl of nachos. Every time I eat it it’s like everything around me goes away and it’s just me and these nachos. I love nachos and these are perfect. Even as riverside goes the wait times are quick. Every time I’m walking back outside after grabbing my nachos I get scared that someone will bump into me and I will drop them. I hold onto them like they’re the last thing I will ever eat. The combination of sauces is immaculate in the hot version and the heat level is perfect. Not too much yet still a good heat to bring all the flavours together. They’re incredible. I feel myself rising up from the floor and flying through the clouds with every bite. Any time I’m really hungry there is no other meal I’d rather have. I wish I could have them every day.
