Really nice kebab with friendly staff. We asked for more dressing on the side and the woman who worked there gave us a cup beside directly. We also wanted to share a kebab and she split it for us without us even asking. Recommend this place! The kebab was good, fresh meat and vegetables. The only minus was that we wishes even more dressing (even though we got it beside later but would be even better with it mixed inside from the beginning).

Absolutely love here! Delicious, consistent, quality food at a good price, and vegan friendly, yay! Happy, friendly owners that run the place and they make a yummy hummus, authentic tasting!.. also one of few places that do a 100% gluten free hot chips which is a big bonus for me 😊 definitely recommend..

This is by far the best kebab shop in New Zealand. The special sauce is something from out of this world and the prices are very fair and good value for money. The owner is potentially the nicest person in the world and the crew make the best meat on chips. 10/10 this place is better than trojan or any other kebab shop in Dunedin.

One of my most favourite restaurants in Dunedin! The falafels here are the best I have ever eaten! I never used to eat them before this restaurant, that is how great they are! Prices are affordable and the people who worked at it are very lovely with big bright smiles on their faces! :)

The falafel itself tasted fresh and pleasantly crispy. Overall the falafel kebab is not as flavoursome as it used to be under the old owners. There's room for improvement, can't quite put my finger on what's changed. Still, pretty good for the price.

I couldn’t enjoy much of the Turkish food only for the reason that it was totally bland. I was hoping the real yummy Turkish food as they describe in most of the food portals !! There is still a room to improvise :)

After finding we were no longer happy with most of the Turkish places due to almost nonexistent hummus ,little sauce and tasteless tabouleh we were relieved to find one that put on a great,tasty menu.Yay good to see and ample hummus,yummy sauces,salad and meats.You restored our love of Turkish food.<br/>It would be handy to have a menu available online and perhaps someone updates the Facebook page

Nesli offers decently sized meals but I wish they were a dollar or so cheaper just to make it more worth it. If you're going to Nesli's I definitely recommend the iskender as that should get your pretty damn full and you get an assortment of salads along with your main platter of meat, sauce and rice. I wish they'd put more sauce in the actual Doner kebab as the first couple bites are amazing and then it gets bland towards the end.

The owners are warm and friendly. Their food is consistently beautiful and by far my favourite Dunedin Turkish as the meat is not overcooked like many other places. The mixed grill is a really decent size with loads of meat and real value for money. The wraps are a good price too and always a hit with our kids. We get takeaways fairly regularly and if you haven't tried, it is definitely worth the visit you won't be disappointed! :)

Grabbed lunch here one day on the go, and was really impressed! Really tasty flavours and sauces and a very reasonable price! I'd definitely go again for a yummy lunch, dinner or late-night snack! Its also in a prime location on George which is handy.

Well worth the money for a filling and delicious doener! The staff are nice and friendly, even though their English seems a bit limited. They are open 'til late which comes in handy when you want to pick up a late night meal.

I always come to Nesli for kebabs. Without fail they are always delicious and have a great balance of flavours without there being too much lettuce. I ate at another kebab place in Dunedin and basically 70% of it was lettuce, with hardly any sauce. There is always so much dressing in these kebabs they are DELICIOUS. The staff are very lovely as well, and they are Turkish people so it is genuine kebabs.

My Favourite Kebab shop in Dunedin by far and i have tried them all. Highly recommend it, super tasty and open late. Apparently a review can't be short and to the point, but with more words needed i'd also say, that not only are the kebabs the best it's situated right beside Mou bar which is great to have a drink before, with and after your kebab.

Went there for a kebab and was charged $25 for it instead of the $13 written on the board! When asked, the staff member tried to explain it away as legitimate rather than apologize for his mistake. Perhaps they are used to ripping off inebriated people at 3 in the morning but it's a place best avoided.

the restaurent is improving very well ! before saying anything .. they open untill med night which is good ! the most important thing that they have the yummiest food eva .. comparing to other restaurents their prices are absolutly fine ;) they have a good turkish decoration at the back of their resaturent ;) TRY This place and when ever you feel hungry at 12 hit this TURKISH Resaturent they open untill 12 lol .. one last thing its hard to communicate with them ! =(
