Little cafe inside Dunedin Hospital, caters mainly for staff and patients on the go as there is no proper seating. But they do the best caramel slice I've tried yet.

Also known as Wishbone, was super cosy inside and warmly light and very welcoming. Everything was clearly labeled (thank you!) and at a very decent price. There is a cafe portion and a seated area of the cafe next to it. I just picked up a date scone, and it was decent, a bit tough but once you get into it the bread softens and melts and the date flavor infuses in. Decent for a pick me up stop here I reckon! 3/5 <br/>I forgot to take a more aesthetic picture!

Only been for the coffee but very great coffee indeed. Service can be a bit dull at times but never bad. Only tend to go there when its not busy but a very popular spot!

Terrible staff cannot even smile at their customers. They are the epitome of aloof, except for the one guy with a pony tail who is a barista. The dark brown haired girl here is absolutely rude, and ignores customers who come up to order (she is probably bitter because they look better than her). I will not come back here again.<br/><br/>Tip: go to a place around the round called All-Press. They are much nicer, and make better coffee + food.

Best coffee in Dunedin. Amazing service. Great selection of salads and pastries. Long queues at times due to its popularity with hospital staff but you never have to wait long as staffing is well organised and service efficient. Would visit the hospital just for the coffee!
