Tried for the first time tonight after seeing the great reviews- absolutely lives up to expectation. Super friendly staff, delicious fish and incredible loaded fries. A local business you should support! We will be back

I've found it hard finding a good fish and chips since moving to Dunedin but now I've found the best place. They say you get what you pay and that is true though I played $7.50 for a delicious well cooked juicy crumbed hoki fish and golden chips with amazing seasoning. I would say the standard is restaurant quality for a fraction of the price! I will go out of my way for this place knowing I will enjoy a good classic fish and chips meal :D

They have really good chips there an the rest of the menu is good too however the service is a lot better than previous owners. They are respectful an pleaser. There's usually only one person serving and cooking. Pays to order ahead.

Yummy food, loved the kebab! Fish and Chips as good as we’ve had in Dunedin. Super nice guy (and his boys) running the place. Happy to recommend!!

Ordered Fish burger (blue cod) and chicken on rice. Great quantity for the value and they gave us traditional Lamb meatball called Kibbeh complimentary which is not on the menu yet. It was so delicious that we paid for more of it for the next few days of our road trip. Ps: do ask them for their kibbehs on your visit.

Decently priced fish and chips and served by the most friendly man on Earth. Everything is cooked perfectly, with great seasoning and minimal batter. Highly recommended if you like food.

Definitely my favourite place in Dunedin for takeout chips, fish and burgers. The ambiance is nice and relaxed, and the staff are very friendly. The food is very tasty and reasonably priced. All in all, a great place to eat!

The chips were out of this WORLD, fried to a golden perfection and my jam donut was spot on too. Definitely my new go-to for fish n chips, great service too :)
