Review Reburger - Dunedin

Fast food done right. Quick and great service. Affordable prices with generous portions. The burgers are so damn good, meat patties had the smoky flavour, veggies were all so fresh. Loaded fries were sinfully good. Our eyes were hungrier than our stomach and we over ordered. Reckon just a burger would fill you up as the patties are quite thick.

The burger was great. The loaded fries are out of this world, well cooked and perfect amount of topping ! The coliflower was out of this world! So great, crunchy and tasty! Definitely would go again

Small burger shop, nice burger with heater in the shop. Had Dirty Duke $16.90

Amazing burgers. Best thing about this place for me is that some of the food is halal (you must ask for it). Also, the level of hygiene is really good

Awesome service, food…. a heater above my corner table. Will be lovely in summer too. Staff gave me a taste of the Re:Sauce which I loved. They also didn’t think my keto requests was too hard and made a bun less burger for me. $18.20 for big burger & drink.

Over from Adelaide, Australia and we have some decent burger places. This would give any of them a run for their money... absolutely outstanding

Absolute astonishing burgers and loaded fries. Super nice guy on the phone and your website was the main reason why I chose your place today. Wonderful!!

Changed from 2 stars to 4 based on management. After contacting them directly they responded very quickly and offered an apology/coupon/refund. Bought the $21.50 impossible burger. The pattie was burnt and overpowered the whole burger.

Extremely delicious burgers. There's something for everyone. If you are extra hungry you can just add some fries or onion rings to your burger. I recommend to visit this place at least once while you are in Dunedin. Also a great place to get some food before going out for drinks.

Cute little burger joint located just outside the central city. A little on the pricey side but the taste is most definitely up to scratch. I went around lunch time and it was quite busy but the wait time was totally respectable. I recommend this place 100%! Very cool place.

We love Reburger and go often. The pricing is reasonable for a very tasty burger and the fries are large for the sizes offered, with generous portioning (medium fries container shown, half full). The burgers are juicy and succulent and very filling. As well as this, the wait time is short and the staff are friendly. Great wee spot in the middle of town and campus.

Amazing burgers, great southern fried chicken burgers and chips where spot on. Very filling worth the bucks for sure.

Great burgers and loaded fries! Food came out quickly and well put together, though I did visit during a pretty quiet time. Similar prices to velvet burger but I’d definitely come here first.

Ordered the Gorgeous George (fried chicken burger) with added hash brown, fried jalapenos, and egg. Definitely one of the best chicken burgers I've ever had, the fried chicken itself was absolutely perfect. A busy location popular with students, you may want to consider ordering ahead online to save time.

Solid burger, would happily go back again. The chips are average, nothing special. Annoying that they don't come with any kind of sauce without paying extra. Not a lot of space to dine in but the outdoor seating would be pretty good on a hot day.

Kenny ordered the Re:Negade, which is a burger with double meat, double cheese, double bacon, crunchy onion rings, jalapenos, pickles, lettuce, and their famous Re:sauce. I know it sounds like A LOT, but Kenny was starving. We saw them build the burger layer by layer. This burger was definitely an impressive sight.

The buns were lightly toasted and held together well. An important foundation for any hefty burger such as this one. The meat was juicy and fresh, and the umami flavours were amplified by the rashers of bacon and the melted cheese. The onion rings, and the lettuce paired wonderfully with the proteins, providing good crunch and freshness to each bite. We all know every burger needs a great sauce, and the Re:Sauce certainly did the job. It was tangy, creamy, and complemented all the other ingredients nicely.I had the King Ed, which had Southern fried chicken, cheese, bacon, grilled pineapple, lettuce, smokey BBQ and aioli sauce. The chicken was very tasty, with a perfectly seasoned and crunchy crust, with a moist and juicy interior. I don’t really need to say much about the bacon, because let’s be honest, everyone loves bacon. Some people dislike the addition of pineapples in savoury foods. I however, love pineapple. It added sweetness and a bit of tanginess. I loved the ratio of all the ingredients in this burger. In fact, it was probably the best chicken burger I have ever had.

We ordered some fries to share. The fries were of the shoestring variety and were served hot and crunchy. There are only a few food combinations that are as good as an ice-cold milkshake and a burger. The milkshake was sinfully creamy and luscious. Probably a fair few calories, but we can worry about those things late.(They have recently opened a shop by the University library.)

I got a mega sized rehab veggie burger and the portion was very awesome and the patty was bulging! However, the patty itself didn’t blow me away like the vegetarian patty burger velvet burger has, as I think chickpea burgers are just softer and less robust anyway. The patty was alright for what it was but if it could be made more crisp that would’ve been heavenly. However the accompaniments of onion rings, pickles, cheese and more really kept the burger well balanced and added flavor so didn’t disappoint overall. I definitely want to try more of their menu, but this one isn’t a bad starting point. 3.5/5

I stopped by here for takeaways on the way home and ordered what appeared to be a rather classic beef burger that's offered.

My colleagues heavily recommended this place so I was excited the try it out.

My burger was good and the chips were also tasty. The ingredients tasted fresh and hearty but there wasn't much 'wow' factor.

The restaurant is quite small but they compensate with some outdoor seating. They keep a modern, 'hip' theme which I think suits the area.

Overall this place was nice and I will come back for another burger eventually.

We came by as a large group for an early lunch around 1130. We lined up and ordered one at a time. Near the end of our line, were told that there was going to be a longer wait time. The ones who ordered first got their burgers but the one that ordered later were waiting for longer. Looked like there was a phone order which was prioritised before us even though we were there ordering (possibly because we did it individually). Our group pretty much filled the inside area and weren't able to leave until everyone had their burgers. We had to wait about an hour, some with colder burgers when we were ready to eat.

Went to the park near the museum entrance to eat. The burger was nice, as were the onion rings. Not sure if they were aware we were a group but would've been nice to get all our stuff done before going to the next.

We visited Dunedin and were told to go here for a burger. It was great. Cheap and cheerful.. I got the beef burger but totally had food envy over the chicken burgers!

Had such a good meal here - great burgers and fantastic sides. Normally I prefer beef burgers but the chicken burgers here are so scrumptious as well. The only thing that keeps this from being 5 stars is that last time I had a beef burger, the patty was a tad dry. Everything else was great though - loaded fries are always a crowd pleaser and everything’s pretty good value for money!
