I really enjoy going to Adana Turkish kebab. I think the food is delicious! I am a big fan of the kebabs. The salad really fresh. and the hummus is so tasty. They have vegetarian food too, plus a really big range of delicious Turkish food and fabulous kebabs. The staff are so friendly too.

come for the food rather than the decor. this is a good value for money meal, not a date night location. you can eat in and it's sufficient, just very basic. the wraps are stuffed full and not just padded with carrot like some places. grab a combination wrap with special sauce and eat it at the beach down the road for a great cheap meal.

Amazing experience! Although the owners fight like a married couple and have twins the same age, they are not married. But they are the absolute sweetest pair and we’re a great chat over delicious food. Best Turkish food in Dunedin. Try the apple tea while you’re there, it’s worth it!

The wrap was so filling! The falafal was not dry, as most Souvalaki places I go to tend to cook or make the falafal too dry. The service was ok-ish and I would have appreciated it if the person serving gave me knife and fork. I had to walk up and grab it myself. The food was not that amazing, but it was good.

So dissatisfied and disappointed!<br/>Ordered three meals, two wrap combos and a single wrap.<br/>The chips were rock hard and over cooked , The chicken was over cooked and dry, and all our wraps were not what we ordered all mixed up! We had to open every wrap and disect them to figure out what was in them because the writing on outside of wrapper was illegible only to discover not a single wrap was made to our order. So mad.<br/>On top of everything they had their daughter there which was completely inappropriate and she was crying disturbing the dine in customers . As a mother I found this very disturbing.

We ate there for the first time tonight. Both had the mixed grill and meat was sizzling,tender and tasty, served alongside hummus and salads. Good value for money. Pleasant atmosphere, music, tablecloths etc. The takeaway was busy. We will return.

This place is always dark and dirty with sticky tables and average food.<br/>The last time I went with someone i decided never to come back. You can get similar food of better quality in a far more pleasant environment elsewhere.

I have previously enjoyed meals from here.<br/>Today we decided on takeaway and ordered from a menu collected from the shop.<br/>I ordered a combo wrap which came with lamb and chicken and salads.The lamb was nothing more than preformed meat and I would not have known it was lamb .As someone who needs to avoid sausagemeat and its preservatives I was not happy to attempt to eat more than a mouthful of the so called lamb.I also found the tabbouleh was less tasty too as I saw/tasted no tomato or plenty of fresh herbs.<br/>My other half had a Combo Iskender which was ditto for ingredients ,equally tasteless and served on gluggy white rice.(He chucked his out)<br/>I can only assume with it being a recession they are cutting back on ingredients and thus taste which is sad because their food really was great and we always wanted to have it again.

The food was delicious, the servings were generous (especially the meat), very reasonable prices, friendly service and the restauratn was comfortable and tidy. The turkish delight and baklava finished it off perfectly.

This place was awful! Lacked atmosphere, was cold, and didn't even have any nice food smells... probably because it seemed my Chicken Iskender was made up of cold rice and chicken that was poorly reheated. Cutlery would have been a nice touch for a takeaway meal also... I should have walked out as soon as I walked in. Definitely won't go back or recommend, in fact I recommend against it.<br/><br/>The lady who served me however was lovely and friendly, hence, 1 star.

Meals are great!! Mixed grill is brilliant and if after a lighter or quicker meal you can't go wrong with the wraps. Plenty of meat and great friendly service also open quite late which is very handy. Definitely my favourite Turkish in Dunedin.

Fantastic! Fresh, tasty and authentic food at a great price. Always Friendly and welcoming. Their Mixed Grill Platter is so worth a visit, No matter how hungry I am, its almost impossible to finish!
