We celebrated my brother’s birthday here and we enjoyed the food. It’s so tasty and flavourful. Good serving size as well. We have to wait for about 15 minutes for our food though as it was really busy when we came in. However, the one and only front of house staff at that time is really nice and accommodating even though she’s multi-tasking.
The owner was v kind and lovely for letting us dine in even though it was close to closing time. Ordered the bbq for four and it was exactly what we were after. If only there was more...
Little Korea is very homey!! The staff is very polite and also food is very pleasant. The food price is reasonably cheap compare to other Korean places in Hamilton. I highly recommend this place, if you are in a mood of a casual dine in.

Little Korea is a great place for delicious Korean food. The bulgogi beef hotpot noodles I ordered came with a complimentary bowl of rice and there were the usual side dishes as well.
The portion was surprisingly generous for a relatively cheap eat in Hamilton. I also found the broth very flavourful and like drinking liquid bulgogi. It was addictingly good. I found it went really well with the rice and would soak a spoonful in the broth. There were all sorts of vegetables, tender beef and glass noodles that soaked in the broth as well. I also liked that chili oil was provided separately so that it wasn't spicy and you could spice it up to your liking. The soft boiled egg was a beautiful touch to the bowl of umami.
The owner was also very friendly, although they seemed to be the only one there that night. There are several tables and a very nice Korean decor, so I suspect it must get busier on other nights. Don't miss grabbing a hard Korean mint at the till on your way out to round out the experience.
Because of this restaurant, my love for Korean food especially grew, it’s one of the best. Would recommend too everyone for that quiet night out, or with the kids for their too-die-for Korean sushi and Korean BQQ. lovely,Respectful staff, delicious food, good prices and overall very calming atmosphere. So if you love Korean food, little Korea should be on your list. ✌🏾✌🏾
Went for the lunch, which was fantastic. Like the decorations which are Korean style. Dishes in the menu are limited and not too much compared with other restaurant, but the food is excellent. Nice place for a meal, quite but located in the city
Fantastic service, the bbq table is awesome but it would be awesome to get more side dishes or rice without having to ask every 10 minutes. :)
Went here for dinner with family. Very busy with only one girl working out front. Took a bit long for the foods but overall the foods and service are excellent
Was spectacle at first but was pleasantly surprised on how the food tasted - awesome! Definitely coming here regularly now for my korean fix. Staff was really friendly and the place wasn't so bad. Maybe a little music to fill the air so it wasn't too quiet.
One of the better Korean restaurants in the Tron. We haven’t tried their BBQ (which looks fairly expensive), but we’ve ordered several of their traditional Korean dishes, and all have been pretty satisfactory. The soft tofu stew with hot chili paste is one of our favourites, and the honey soy chicken, beef bulgogi, and chicken soup are all decent.
Food is most authentic out of all the Hamilton restaurant. Their LA Galbi and spicy tofu soup are my go to menu. i so agree with many comments that male server (who's owner of the restaurant) he's always grumpy although his wife who's chef she's so kind and humble. i had lovely chat with her twice when i dine in with my family. to improve their service, i highly recommend them to get a waitress or waiter to provide a better quality service because food is exceptional. also make sure they do close super early so try to go there early as you can. (they seem closing after 7.45pm)
Authentic food and authentic experience. The ambience is rustic authentic too. Overall a really nice experience. Very genuine. It was a Tuesday night and the guy cooking was doing everything. Needless to say not a big night Tuesdays. This was close to the quality of our favorite Korean in Christchurch, which is hard to beat. Would definitely visit again when in town.
One of the best Korean restaurants that we have tried. The beef, the tofu, Seafood and the chicken ; those are all wonderful.
We visited on the Tuesday afternoon and it's not busy at all. Friendly staff and efficient service.

Food was great!
Service was good as well, only one man that takes order and gives them out as well, if restaurant is busy he might need help but he was friendly.
Will go back again to try other dishes.
Wonderful bulgogi (Korean BBQ) right in the centre of Hamilton. The food was tasty, the service friendly and the atmosphere relaxed. Recommended!
The operater(old guy) at the counter is very sweet. Good customer service. Also the food is very good. I loved it. And for a good cost. Absolutely love the place for dining alone as well.
