Food was delicious however I wish there were more options and the food tasted like it’s been sitting for a long time. $15.90 for lunch was really good price for buffet
Went to this place on one hungry afternoon. This is a well known place in and around claudelands, serving sumptuous Chinese food. They essentially are a buffet place serving a wide range of Chinese dishes. At lunchtime the prices are reasonable and it's surely worth the money.
When I had lunch here I loved crab sticks, fried chicken, beef curry and fried noodles were just superb. I had a great time here for sure. The menu changes almost everyday so can't really rate the food but I am sure one is bound to feel that the food is worthy of the money one is gonna pay. The food is not authentic Chinese though, as it is made keeping everyone else in mind but it's surely tasty nonetheless. Must visit when light on pocket and want to eat variety of dishes. 😎
Have been a customer for years. best value for money here; food is always decent, personal favourite the noodles, best in town. Always clean and never had any health problems with my family at all. Accommodating staff, friendly too, very efficient. Desserts are decent too. More than what you would expect from the price you pay.

Awesome food, some dry but i guess its bad to waste food. Hygiene is good. Lovely service. Great restaurant for a harty meal👍🏼 cool set up , glad theres baby chairs too .. desert is the bombdiggidy haha thankyou

Golden Dragon is a very nice afordable chinese restaurant. It is a great place for the family because of its large round tables and delicious buffet
i have been here for lunch and dinner. Very well prepared food, clean and plenty of it which is always replaced so that you are seldom left waiting. Dinner cost a bit more but then there is more offered. They provide water free for those that don't drink alcohol plus tea and coffee and desert. The price for there meals are the cheapest in Hamilton. If I was to try and find something wrong it would be that it gets a bit to packed with people sometimes and the menu is always the same and the venue is a bit outdated. Still they have to make money and to have a proven menu is really all that should really count. Also discounts for gold card holders. Excellent really overall for those that want to dine from time to time so as not to get bored with the menu.
I've had lunch and dinner and would say it was very good, dinner was better as it offered more food. The staff are friendly and are very quick to clean up after you and take plates away from the table. We were a very large group about 60-75 people and even being very full and busy that night we did not wait long for any of the dishes and even though they serve the same food every night it was still enjoyable but one thing is that it did get a bit too hot inside the restaurant and I do not think the air con is working very well as I have been there many times and have had the same problem but would still go there again.
Great place for a buffet dinner, especially if your group your dining with are big eaters. Very friendly staff and DELICIOUS fresh food! Would definitely eat here again and would highly recommend to all!
Excellent value for money. Good variety of nicely cooked food, very tasty. I love seafood even though they only have fresh prawns battered prawns and seafood salad, they always yum. Yummy desserts and excellent customer service. Definitely going back.
Affordable Chinese buffet style restaurant with lots of options, my favourite here is duck and BBQ pork, they are amazing))) all the other dishes have quite overage taste, but anyway there are enough variety to choose from👌
Desserts are not bad, wontons have carrot in the filling, dumplings have a lot of chives, just be ready for that😂
Service is always polite here, all the tables are cleaned up in time👌👌👌
With a wide range of dishes there's something yum for every palate. My favourite was the sweet and sour wontons. Desserts were tasty and with a nice cup of tea at the conclusion felt extremely satisfied.
Venue was perfect for holding my dad's 80th birthday. Service was absolutely lovely and food was amazing! Thankyou owners and staff for making it a wonderful day
A nice oriental style all you can eat buffet restaurant based in Hamilton 5 cross roads. First time I've ever eaten in an all you can eat place. Food was equal to any other Chinese takeaways I've been to. Celebrated my wifes birthday there so personally I had a great time. Can't wait to try out another buffet restaurant in the future.

We ordered through Uber eats. Ordered Dumplings, Wontons, Lemon Chicken and Honey Chicken. Absolutely delish! The dumplings were so flavourful and fresh, the Wontons had a really extra umami about them and we're so crispy and both the lemon and honey chicken were very yummy. Even better, the prices are great! $6 for 6x Wontons and $10 for 10 dumps. Defi itely a great place for a cheap, but tasty feed!
Meal was decent. Nothing outstanding but nothing bad either.
