Beautifully furnished and cared for. We enjoyed the spa in the deluxe suite and had a second-story view over the snow-topped mountains. Great space, very quiet, perfectly situated. Staff all excellent and on site 9am-9pm. Don't forget to ask in advance for your complementary newspaper.
Had a wonderful stay at the St James. Absolutely top rate customer service which makes such a difference. Convenient location right in the village, but tucked away far enough overlooking a park with lovely views so it hits just the right balance. Would stay again for sure!

Winter holidays. Loving this place. Easy walking distance to the pools and shops. Clean rooms. Staff were awesome. Definitely would recommend staying here.

Stayed for one night, but would love to come back and stay for longer. Large, immaculately clean room which is furnished well and a very comfy bed. The balcony and views were the icing on the cake! The room was quiet and private with lots of space. Our hosts were lovely and very helpful, they even provided towels for the hot Springs! Restaurants, shops and Springs all within walking distance. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home whilst in Hanmer!
Very clean, great bathroom, heated floors, big TV with Sky, Netflix and YouTube. Warm, quiet and being Hanmer walking distance to everything.
