Great stop here for lunch. The staff was nice, efficient and the right amount of funny! Food was great - fried chicken, Bao buns, tacos and dumplings. Coffees were great and banana cake was fantastic!
Love Taper. Best coffee in town. Staff are epic. Food is so good. I spend way too much money here 😂 Not only are they my go to coffee, wine, savoury and sweet spot I’ve also made some really good friends here because obviously an awesome space like this attracts awesome people.
Service is very friendly, food options are great, ranging from healthy vegetarian options to lovely cakes and the option to build your breakfast. And, of course, lovely coffee.
I had tofu shiitake dumplings... very yum.
Only drawback is parking... busy main st means you may have to park on a side St.
This cafe was recommended. My two friends had bao buns and tacos both winners over my poorly chosen bagel. Coffee was ok, will give it one more try.
Travelling thru Levin we intended to just get food and coffee to grab and go but was tempted by the burgers - so glad we tried them, 3 flavours all excellent, coffee great too. Small mixup with our order was rapidly and cheerfully fixed. Excellent experience definitely stop here!
Wonderful friendly service and great food. So popular they couldn't seat us immediately, so we had a wonder in the shop next door and they came and fetched us when a table came free.
I go here for the delicious cheese scones, the excellent coffee, and the characters who work there.
Delicious coffee and cabinet food! Menu looked super tasty as well.
