Went today with some girlfriends to try and on arrival loved the decor from the feather lights, to colour scheme and amazing wall paper mural. Ordered the chicken Korean bowl and coffee, they were both delicious and presented beautifully. Can’t wait to go again for breakfast to try the açai bowl. Would definitely recommend � �

Booked online, was very easy guidance. Morning greeting as you walk in. Our table of 6 arranged. Customer services, very good. My salmon Benedict and cappuccino delicious. The bread had a twist to it which I think is potato, very good. Atmosphere very calming, friendly feel and comfortable. Enjoyed my experience.
No food outlets open at the airport so i took an easy 10 minute walk to the cafe for breakfast. I received excellent service and a delicious meal. I will be back.
Great menu. They have your standard cafe menu and then they have a lot of fusion style meals.
Decent portion sizes and the meals are plates up really nicely. Food was cooked nicely and ingredients seemed fresh.

A very nice and wholesome cafe located in Mangere near the Auckland international airport. The cafe is placed on the floor of a lovely architecturally designed commercial building with indoor and outdoor seating. The decor and style of the place is modern and superb with above excellent customer service. I ordered the scrambled egg on toast and of course my eyes were drawn to it once I read the menu and saw that it would be topped with coriander and saffron. The eggs were a light and fluffy and had the perfect amount of seasoning. I swapped the bacon with halloumi and definitely did not regret that choice. The rye bread was ok. The paste below the rye bread and scrambled egg was a semi-spicy harissa paste which tasted fantastic. I loved the little kick it added to my brunch that morning. The fries were crisp and delicious which complimented both me and my friend’s meals. She also enjoyed her eggs Benedict and we would both recommend this cafe if you’re in the area.
Amazingly yummy, well presented food. I cleaned my breakfast plate out :-) My friend enjoyed her pizza and we took leftover slices home. Teas beautifully presented and lovely cabinet selection. Ordered a cake to share plus banana loaf and muffin to take home. Great service - staff polite and attentive. Pricing is good value for money considering quantities, quality and presentation. We also liked the fact that we weren’t rushed - so spent a couple of hours there enjoying the food, drinks and catching up. Very nice addition to neighbourhood.
If you have time on your hands at the international airport before going through Customs I recommend you walk for 10 minutes and find this cafe outside of the airpor areat. The coffee was superb as was the savoury scone. Friendly staff too.
We love dining at Kawau Kitchen during our brunch break. Service is lovely, our food is always delicious! Korean chicken bowl is also a favourite with us, as well as the Nuts About You smoothie! Definitely a great place to visit 😊
This place is close to the airport. The glass house feeling allows you to enjoy the sunshine. I ordered the beef eggs Benedict with rosti. Definitely different but sooo good. A lot more satisfying than bacon so would recommend if you’re starving. The smoothie is also quite filling, it’s basically a meal in itself. The frangipani tart isn’t sweet which was surprising but not disappointing. Service was fast and hospitable. Decor is pristine and clean.
I was driving around Mangere randomly for work and wondering where to eat - well thank you Zomato! I never new this place, or anything here, existed. I will be coming back. Friendly service, great food selection and good coffee. Cheers
LOVED my experience here. We went on Labour Day so it was actually quiet during our seating time. The service was amazing, friendly staff & very polite (thank you to the staff who worked Labour Day!) a total of 6 meals came out within 15-25 minutes AND it tasted GREAT! Highly recommend.
The Korean bowl is spicy so you can request for minimal (server had to ask chef first, which wasn’t an issue!)

Beautiful food, good portions, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. It's a popular spot on a Sunday morning. I enjoyed their matcha latte, which I also appreciate because not every cafe does matcha. We also tried the taro latte which was also tasty. The whole family had a lovely experience.
Let’s start with the day core, how beautiful it is and the premises are so clean. The staff are nothing but first class their service is amazing!!! Which make the experience so much better. The food was something else tasty and fresh in every way. The price is so good for the quality of food this will be my new stop pre & post flights.
My partner and I visited here for breakfast. One of the best cafe We’ve been to and food was amazing! I loved the Matcha Latte as well. My partner ordered Iced coffee, It was very nice and and he was happy with what he’s got served. However this young gentleman that made the iced coffee came to our table with another one and asked if my partner wanted a stronger one because the one he made wasn’t to his standard. I thought it was so nice of him and loved how he went over and beyond with his service. We will definitely be back when We visit Auckland :)
Ate here during lunchtime. 3 of us had breakfast and 3 of us had the wagyu burgers. All of it was excellent! Generous portions and all of the food was very fresh. I’m so glad we stumbled upon this place on our way out of Auckland. Would gladly eat here again! Greatest compliment came from my son who said this was the best burger he’s ever eaten.
Highly recommended. Lovely atmosphere, food was great and service was excellent. We had latte and Eggs Benny with Kumara Rostie it was delicious. I think I give this credit to chef All the dishes came out were 10/10

Beautifully presented, spacious cafe close to the airport. Smashed avocado dish was absolutely to die for with generous latherings of avocado! All the dishes and drinks I saw being delivered to other tables also looked outstanding. The only downside was that both the street facing entrances were out of order so you had to walk around the corner to enter the cafe & where the bathrooms were located was a guessing game! Would definitely go back if I had a decent domestic layover and wanted to get out of the airport!
Had an absolutely wonderful brunch here before departing to Auckland Airport. We got the Korean fried chicken bowl and the Smashed in Japan, and both were absolutely divine.
This cafe is a hidden gem. The menu is great for vegetarians vegans and gluten free. I had amazing green fritters which were so flavourful. My friend had perfect poached eggs with great bread which wasn't over toasted and chewey. The staff immediately brought pencils and colouring sheet for our toddler and were so amazing. I cannot recommend this place enough. The decor was beautiful and so clean.
