I had a open chicken burger and my companion had gnocchi. They were both lovely full of flavour. Lovely attentive service and lovely and clean venue.

Excellent service and great food.
The Strada Cafe and Restaurant was really lovely and a cut above the Regent Cinema in my opinion.
We had a meal each from the "Light Meal" section of menu and were allowed a Regular Drink or Small Coffee as part of the "Movie Meal Deal" with Regent Cinema. I was told that as a part of the movie meal deal we could choose to buy items from the regular menu, such as steak or salmon dishes and we would just have to pay the difference. However they are unable to upgrade the drink the same way for some reason but they upgraded my small coffee to a large Iced Mocha for free.
I had an Open Caesar Chicken Burger and my girlfriend had a Beef and Bacon Burger. We also had a small Hazelnut latte and Mocha each which were quite good.
The food was well cooked and tasted great. The sauce on the burger was really good and they used nice salads. However the bacon was a little burnt but I like mine crispy so it worked out.
I really enjoyed the Iced Mocha as I knew I would, made with real ice cream and coffee. Delicious!
Meals were very affordable, $59 for two people which also included the movie tickets.
Very happy with my experience here and would be happy to go again.
One of the best in the Wairarapa. Consistently good food and service no matter what time of the day or evening, nor how busy it is. The fresh fish of the day is always delicious. New owners have big shoes to fill - glad to hear the former owner is staying on FOH.
Fast service, friendly staff and short wait on food despite a packed house - waitress even discussed the options when asked to recommend even though they were obviously busy! Food itself was above average, tasty and decent portions. Recommended.
We regularly visit for the movie/meal deal that is excellent value.
The food is consistently good and excellent value - the blue cod is simple but very good.
The service is quick, friendly and knowledgeable.
I would agree with others - one of the best places to eat in Masterton that produces consistently good food at good prices.

This is the best place to eat in the whole Wairarapa as far as I am concerned. The food is consistently good, you know what you are going to get I.e. the menu description is accurate and the staff are great. Been going for ages never been disappointed. It gets busy sometimes as its not that big but if it was any bigger it would probably lose the great atmosphere -well done guys!

Great discovery in Masterton. Enjoyed my Americano and husband loved his latte. I had the hash brown stack and Big Brekkie for the man.

Excellent coffee and atmosphere. Great place to get coffee and catch up on some work. The food here is very good, with a good range of cabinet options, snacks, and full meals. Unlike many other places, Strada is open late so it is a good place to go in the afternoon/evening.

we had a lovely waitress serve us tonight (young, blonde, lovely eyelashes and beautiful ) was super nice, helpful and very professional. the only thing we didn’t see professional was the older male waiter with grey hair was being rude to her and talking loud enough for us to hear and putting her down. other than that everything was great will be coming back:)
I bring my children here as a treat on mornings when they are ready for school early. Beautiful building, caring staff, lovely, relaxed atmosphere. They open early and do a fabulous cheese scone. Can’t recommend more highly.
Two years ago we dined here two nights in a row during our visit to Masterton and have repeated again this visit. Really nice food, good prices and great staff. Obviously consistently high standards , a rarity.
Very helpful waiting staff. Am vegetarian and dishes suggested including a build your own breakfast. Offered to make my porridge with oat milk too which was much appreciated.
Busy with a relaxed atmosphere. I wil be back.

Great food, great coffee and very friendly staff. The chef does a fantastic job. I have been here many times and tried a lot of the menu. I can't fault anything. Highly recommended for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
I have been eating here for about 12 years now, and the food is still as good as my first meal. Even though STRADA has had different owners, they have kept their most popular recipes. Strada's Menu is extensive, catering for many different tastes. There is a good beer and wine list. The staff are friendly and helpful and work very hard as it is a popular restaurant. Full most nights means you need to book and or get there early.
My Favourite is the sticky date pudding, Earning 3 'YUMM Badges'.
