Love this place for a lunch or coffee break. Everything is fresh and so well presented too. The iced chocolate was to die for and came covered in fresh fruit, was almost a meal in itself. Prices are reasonable and service is good, I will stop in again next trip to the Wai.
This place is excellent. I ordered a chirozo Panini, which was delicious, but frankly over shadowed by the side salad. I have never had a salad like it. Lettuce, carrot, tomoto, capsicum, bell sprouts, chick peas, beetroot, radish, raspberry, pineapple, watermelon, rock mellon, mango and orange. It was phenomenal, all for $9!!
Check this place out, seriously. Coffee is pretty good too.
What an amazing find in Masterton! Just delightful! Service is wonderful and you feel like you are eating food cook in a friends lowly warm kitchen full of nostalgia and love.
Presentation is just delightful and homely and everything is homemade from the slices to the pies. I can't say enough good things about this cafe.
If you want to eat good, lovingly prepared, real food, you must visit. The extra attention to detail will delight.

As the cold drizzle seemed to settle in we took temporary refuge in the cushy retro armchairs, clutching coffees to warm the hands. Winter was rearing its chilly bite even though it was early September.
Vegan food options! Their vegan sandwich is serious delicious and very filling. When I had it, it was filled with potato rosti, kimchi, vegan cheese, and some salad of sorts. So tasty!
Recently had coffee here. I enjoyed their Turmeric Latte and my friend had their Cappuccino. Alternative milks available but I just forgot to ask.
The café space is a little noisy but pretty lovely!

Popped in for breakfast based on other reviews and it didn’t disappoint! The service was so friendly, prompt and accommodating. The cabinet food looks amazing, but we ordered French toast and Turkish eggs off the menu and were absolutely blown away. We’ll definitely be coming back!
I stopped here on a road-trip and had a great experience! Despite being busy, my order was taken promptly. I ordered a large flat white for about $5.50 (I think it was a 12oz), and it was made well. If you need a quiet place to work or hang out, this wouldn’t be the place to go. You can tell that it’s very popular with the locals. The cafe itself has got a great balance of modern and thrifted decor, and is well taken care of. I would stop here again!
I was shooting a video for work and needed to feed a crew of 8. The staff here could not have been more helpful. The chef even rang the day before to check that I was happy with what they were proposing for hot sandwiches.

Beautiful friendly staff & delicious food highly recommend! I ordered their famous iced coffee it came with heaps of fruit & the vegetarian big daddy breakfast, every element of the meal was perfect, great value for money! There are plenty of tables, a lush outdoor area & vibey music. They even accomodate doggos & have a bowl of water for them 😊
