Such a lovely tea shop. The staff are really nice and they go above and beyond. I wanted to buy my favourite Pukka Three Cinnamon tea but they didn’t have it in stock. They gave me a few tea bags from behind the counter, took my number and let me know when they will have it again for sale. Their tea selection is also great, I bought some Japanese loose leaf sencha green tea - fantastic quality and a cute little teapot.

We came out here to come get some tea, and the range was surprisingly large and very well priced. We purchased some loose leaf tea and some prepackaged. Both brilliant. The staff were great for a chat and very helpful.

Frances was absolutely amazing. Communication was timely and helpful and they went above and beyond to help me decide options of books and shipping, including providing clear price breakdowns. The books arrived to Canada in excellent condition and well packaged. I am so appreciative of their willingness to ship outside of New Zealand and how easy they made it. I would definitely buy from this store again as they were absolutely lovely to work with.
