The atmosphere matches the street food aesthetic with a fun twist! Unlike other places that only look good, food was exceptional here. Balanced flavors, big portions, fresh and delicious! Would come back any time. We were there for happy hour and drinks were 10/10. Also shoutout to the guy that took our order, service was excellent!!
Wow, I'm really impressed with the street-style decor in the restaurant, inspired by Asian countries. The relaxed and natural way the staff communicates and takes orders is definitely a plus. As for the food, my favourite is the grilled meat noodle salad, while my boyfriend thinks the crispy pork belly in sticky sauce is the best for him.
Restaurant challenge starts here. We plan to travel down and back up Maunganui High Street, stopping at every restaurant that serves food and alcohol :-)
This place has an incredible atmosphere. The food was okay, but the vegetables looked suspiciously like that come from a bag of frozen veggies. Despite this, the food itself was tasty. The cocktails were just okay.
We went twice during our two-day trip there. The chicken pho and crispy pork with ginger rice were good. The pork with sticky rice was special and tasted good. The chicken cracklings were not crispy enough, the prawn and coconut fried rice came in big portion but to me personally I was not a huge fan of the combination.
Always delicious! Prawn fried rice is our go to so moreish! Still yummy but a little chewy was the squid and we love that spicy š„µ sauce!

have been wanting to try this place for a while as iāve been getting recommendations on instagram. it is a very busy restaurant popular with locals. beef pho had nice broth, not too oily, good portion of beef and noodles. creamy chicken curry was very nice. i recommend crispy cauliflower for starters as portions are big and quite filling. i was disappointed with the service though. not once did anyone ask how our food was even though the waiter walked past us many times. he was being very attentive to the table next to us who arrived later. at some point, it was kinda obvious they were ignoring our table.
Great dining experience. Every time we drove past this restaurant at Mount, we would see how busy it was. So, we decided to give it a go. We were quickly seated! The staff is friendly, and the food is amazing. I recommend the creamy chicken curry and calamari. We also tried the chicken pho, but it wasn't for us. However, we could see why it was a great hit, and it offers great value with big portions! My wife is a picky person when it comes to taste, presentation, customer service, and cleanliness. But this will be our go-to place.
I love this place ā„ļø. I was there 2 weeks ago. The food is very delicious and always tastes great. I ate a spicy prawn a coconut fried rice and coctel.... Hot lips... I didn't like it, was only juicy and ice.

Couldnāt fault these guys other than the portions being very generous!! We ended up ordering way too much for the table so took boxes to go - not complaining though we enjoyed it the next morning! Really flavourful food. Awesome vibe inside as well. Once we were seated we were given 5 mins to look at a drinks menu. Once we ordered our drinks we were given further time to digest the food menu. I really appreciate this as with some other places you can feel a bit rushed to order everything in one go! Crispy pork belly and ginger rice was very delicious, and so were the chicken wings and spare ribs. Gutted we couldnāt try a soup as our bellies were too full but hopefully we will be back another time! :)
