Best Thai food we have ever had, I had the Pad Thai and my partner the pork belly. We dined in on New Year’s Eve so was quite busy but staff were lovely and the restaurant is very cosy. We will be back if ever in Napier again :-)
My wife had the duck and really enjoyed this. I had the crispy pork curry and this was also totally yummy. It was very authentic tasting and had quite a spicy flavour. The desserts equally yummy with the salted caramel ice cream having a small barrel of caramel to pour over it for some extra flavour.
"Please sir can I have some more".
Staff were friendly and the Thai waitress talked to us about her home country.
What a great find! Situated along the beautiful Marine Parade, this cute little boutique restaurant is full of character.
We enjoyed all of our dishes, good authentic taste with good serving portions. service was great the girls were lovely and helpful.
Highlight is the mango coconut sticky rice dessert!? Took us right back to the hot summer Phuket beach!

A must visit place in Napier, very happy to experienced the real Thai food there. Very tasty and fresh raw materials. Both ducks red curry and mango sticky rice were the best never ever I have been tried. Good music. Very friendly staff.
Mua give credit to this authentic restaurant in Napier. Food is great and authentic. We had tom yum and crispy pork curry. The only that is is failing us is the pad Thai and no dessert options. Excellent service and good atmosphere.

Wow 🤩 what a brilliant, fantastic , awesome restaurant !
My partner & I attended last Tuesday night & were so impressed we returned on Wednesday night for another succulent Thai meal .
Mrs had the green curry with tofu n veg /rice / pad Thai noodles . We shared the totally delicious spring rolls and I had the black pepper beef n rice & backed up with garlic prawns with veg n rice the next night. The Tiger beer on tap was purely superb in the 500ml steins.
The vibe is very eclectic within the restaurant and there are plenty of quirky historical items on display that match the tasteful decor throughout .
The waitresses were excellent and really made us feel welcome, therefore I truly love this wonderful restaurant and the cool music they play from the 50’s -70’s we heard on both nights .
I will return to Napier one day from Australia & the Thai Hutt Restaurant will be on top of the list . Thoroughly enjoyed 🙏

We've been dining and ordering takeaways at Thai Hutt for 7 years now. Their food is consistentluly delicious! We love the friendly service, ambiance and wide selection of authentic quality delicious Thai Food. I personally think that this is the best Thai restaurant in Hawke's Bay. My favourite is their sizzling duck, tom yum, pad thai chicken, garlic cheese mussels, crispy pork pad ped and black pepper beef. Definitely a must-try restaurant when you visit Napier.
Without a doubt the best Thai food I’ve had outside of Thailand. The Red Curry pork belly may have been my favourite Thai dish ever. The owners are caring and provide an amazing experience. I’d give them 6 stars if I could!!

Lovely setting for a great meal. We had a genuinely friendly welcome that came with plenty of information and recommendations. Also an invitation to change out anything we wanted to alter.
The delivery of the meals was timely and the quality was top class. Genuine hand prepared real vegetables and meats and the sauces also made on site.
We had a garlic king pawns and a chicken and cashew nuts with rice. Both meals we shared and both were delicious.
The presentation price, quantity and atmosphere made this visit absolute value for money.
Thanks team, you deserve to be treated one of the best.
A great Thai meal on a Monday night.
We were in Napier for just one night - a Monday. Not much open, but Thai Hutt was. It did not disappoint.
The service was excellent, they placed us by a window at the front which was great and all the food was delicious and served piping hot.
