I was ordering my chicken bacon cheese burger and the manners they used when I ordered was amazing, especially from the staff at the front counter, whoever raised them deserves a medal. They carefully gave me my burger and placed it into the bag, its the little things for me that counts. You guys are my favourite fish and chip shop and things like this are the reason you are. The burger was amazing again, never disappoints.
If you’re new in town or in New Zealand go ahead and give this place a try. You will be welcomed and given lovely recommendations. I mean it when I say I normally hate fish and I also mean it when I say the food here (we tried the sausage, fish, and chunkies) was absolutely amazing. Fresh fish, perfectly crisp without being heavy and delicious sausage and chips.
I’m from the UK a place where they make the best fish and chips in the world, or so I thought. …this little chippy makes some of the best food I’ve eaten and treats customers as if they’ve booked a seat the Ritz. This is a friendly, wonderful place.

One thing i miss now im living in the manawatu is yhe fish n chips in hawkes bay. Its been awhile so someone suggested we go here. The fish was the best loved it and garlic chips were amazing. And the customer service amazing.
Great service , however a bit if a mix up with our order ,but the owners were amazing with trying to sort it. Mistakes can happen and it was only the once with us. Will still go back again 👍😊..
