Any time I get the chance to go to this Starbucks I go and always get a frappe the staff are amazing. they make me a special frappe thats not even on the menu. I must go there to often all the staff know me by name and what I drink without saying a word. Keep up the great job.

Good drinks, staff don't quite listen properly to orders though (asking for no cream). Lighting needs to be improved in the store, dark and gloomy vibe (like its night inside) even on a bright sunny day!!! (Compare to other stores around you)

This is a good Starbucks with a second floor with plenty of space to sit and enjoy your beverage while you use the Wi-Fi. It is not a complete Starbucks in the United States sense, with a full menu of beverages and breakfast and lunch items as well as pastries. However, what they do they do well. There is no nearby parking and you need to get in and out on foot.

Nelson's glorified coffee shop right here folks! Visited here the other day wanting just a standard Latte (with coconut milk), then I was hit with all the different coffee options. Small shop front, but go upstairs with your coffee to a lounge/seating area with nice big windows. We received super friendly service too.

Great location in the centre of Nelson City. Staff here are absolutely amazing and remembered my name after only a few visits. Cabinet food is delicious and varied. Try the white chocolate mocha it's awesome. Pricing on par with other cafes and can get really busy at peak times.

I have been going to star bucks for the last 4 years and been in every day I love the coffee it's a place for a coffèe I know all the staff real well and like the out side seating it's great thx Starbucks love it

Can't go wrong with Starbucks. Great value, especially the kids fluffys, less than half the price of other coffee shops.

Always leave sick as I can't help but buy venti large cups of mocca. Taste and staff custom are beyond expectations
