Great find tucked away in a Nelson (Washington Valley) backstreet. Classic old takeaway appearance, but a marvellous menu of interesting options. Friendly service and good value. And the food is terrific! We had Fancy Fish Meals with salad, Greek and slaw options both delicious. Nicely cooked fresh gurnard. And tasty iced coffees too. Totally recommended.

Delicious food and excellent service. Loved that there are lots of salsas and sauces to complement your meals. Milkshake was fresh and thick enough, not heavy at all. Migas were delicious and the especial was a creative and full of flavor dish. Also the staff attention and recommendations were great!

I had the battered Fancy Fish and Chips and the other two I had lunch with had Loaded Fries, everything cooked to perfection.
It's a must-have experience for good food in Nelson.

I had the nacho special - it was highly recommended by the staff. I thought, 'nachos, how good can it be?' It was the best food of any nature I can remember eating. Ever. That dish made me so happy inside, thank you team!

We found this lovely little place on Google maps due to the high ratings and it didn't disappoint! Everything we got was really good. We enjoyed the Onion Bhajji burger very much (was authentic for us Indians!) and the patty went so well with the condiments. We also enjoyed the Gyros and Mexican eggs. There was a nice variety of international food with vegetarian options and we could tell that Ben (the owner) had put in a lot of thought and effort into the menu! He said he enjoys experimenting and has a new special every week. Great for the locals! Highly recommend this place for a yummy meal in Nelson ππ½

The Owner is a very friendly guy and I had the gyro with the handmade chips it was amazing, If you are in Nelson this place is definitely a must visit.
It is a little bit outside of the city but you can park there for free.
Delicious, reasonably priced, good portion size. Good vegetarian options. Went here for lunch, and had to drive back for dinner too. Friendly staff. Had good fun on the free table football afterwards. I'd be a regular here if I lived locally. Highly recommend!
Street food on Washington catered our wedding in March of 2023. It was exceptional. Our guests were blown away by how good the food was and how much was available. We would highly recommend them for any catering. I have also eaten in house and at events and the food is always beyond good
