Visited this place on Sunday and we are satisfied with the service and food. Tried the Pork Belly BBQ and Crispy Island wings and they're both good. The pork is tender with nice barbecue flavour. The chicken is crispy and juicy. Will definitely try the other dishes next time. Only suggestion is to maintain the cutlery, tables and wash areas clean. A bit on a pricey side as well.
Tried their Island fiesta platter. Decent amount of meat. Good quality food. Don't expect any spice lol . Typical Filipino flavours . Touch of sweetness in all food. So if you are not used to that style of flavour , better to skip this place . However their food quality is very good .
Crispy pata and sisig are the best. Price is okay for a $ rate ... it is not over rated and it really tastes good :) i love that they have iced tea hahaha
This is my favourite Filipino Restaurant. The only restaurant I can trust with giving me Crispy Pata that is tasty, tender and crispy at the same time. We always order their Pork Sisig and Java Rice. If you still have room for dessert, go for the Halo halo! Our meal won't be complete without their Iced Tea. Good prices and friendly staff.
Ambience is okay. Staff are good.
Food is mediocre. Only few food in the menu was remarkable.
Best part about this restaurant? I have been searching but this restaurant is The only one with ISAW cooked in a grill just like the ones in the Philippines. However, VERY EXPENSIVE 3 sticks for 10$ i think. I forgot the exact price but betweek 9 to 12$.
Sizzling chicken was nice.
The crispy pork hocks and the pig blood stew are the best we had in auckland.

Loved crispy tofu with pork. Pork sizzler had too much ginger in it (or perhaps I am just not a fan of ginger). Java rice did not taste like it - just coloured rice. Iced tea is delicious - but one other Filipino resto beats it.
It's a shame that it is situated outside Dressmart Onehunga that not many people go there to eat. Place is actually spacious and can accommodate a good number of diners. But it hardly gets busy.
Service was great, staff was very friendly, took my 3 kids and it was very suitable and they had plenty space outdoor covered area. Wait time was a little long and we had to pick up most of our food from the counter. The food was amazing our favourite was the spicy pork ribs! we tried 5 dishes they were great for 3adults and 3 kids spent around $110 and had ice cream for kids. Definitely going to be another 1 of our favourites. They have a hand washing area which is perfect too.
I tried their pork isaw (intestines) bbq skewers, it was priced $12 for 3 small sticks with a cup of rice, and a small side salad. Overpriced, but can't deny the yummy taste though. The real winners are grilled squid, adobo rice, and crispy fried beef (?) - ask for vinegar on the side. Trust me, it's really good.

If I go to Dressmart, I usually visit this place... I always order their sizzling sisig that is really yummy... Crispy pata and BBQ chicken are the best... Friendly staff... Great food...
All is good in our orders but the isaw is a bit chewy. I dont know why. The ambience is nice. We came on a weekday afternoon and its quiet.
The restruant give a very home feel to it, not that big and have some very nice comfortable seats. This is on my my good to foods if I feel like having something special. Their Ono pork is a must have also their rib platter is a good price and good size .
Again this may not be the flashiest place but it has some tasty food.

Large servings of delicious dishes -- grilled, fried, stews. Original Filipino recipes with slight Kiwi twists. Accessible with friendly staff. Fast service, too.
Their special made sauce to compliment the Ono pork bbq was delicious and the pasta salad is always satisfying! Great combo
