My favorite is the steak & kidney pie. Flaky pastry. Filling is not runny or gelatinous. Coffees are always on point. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work!
Superb food, my go to bakery. Love their extensive range of selections. Their custard pies are outstanding. Nice and friendly staff. Highly recommend to try this place if you havent already.
Used to always come to this bakery just for their sausage rolls when I lived in papakura. I've never tried their pies due to my love for their sausage rolls but I've heard they are really good. I also know they have a really nice caramel slice

Best bakery in papakura. Best selection and flavours by far. Their egg pies, cronuts and muffins are amazing. Definitely recommend this bakery over the rest
Five words: Ham and Cheese Sausage Roll. It is among the best things I've ever tasted in my life. Soft sausage meat that melts in your mouth and a big pocket of gooey melted cheese, all wrapped in golden flaky pastry. Heaven. Their Cronuts are equally phenomenal; a multitude of flavours and textures in one bite. The best is Salted Caramel. Some of their other goods miss the mark a little. I don't like the (obviously homemade) strawberry jam they use in their donuts, etc - it's rather sour tasting. Same deal with the canned apricots they use in their Danishes - also sour. My brother complained about the lack of pepper in his Pepper Steak Pie. The Filled Rolls and Lamingtons are great. I always visit when I'm in the area to grab old favourites and try something new as well.
absolutely great food been going here since the 90's I spent about 5000 at this place always get the best food and ovr a great place it can't be topped
My new go to! Everything looks so yummy and I always buy far too much! Haven’t bought anything I didn’t like/love! Bit pricey but quality over quantity! Rather eat good food for more money then bad food for cheaper!
One of the best bakeries in papakura. Everything is on point. My favs is the ham and cheese sausage roll, lamington. And coffees hit the spot. You won’t be disappointed
Tane & I have been qoinq there for aqes. Before we had our tamarikis & still continue to go there. Now they have qrown up they rather qo there than any other bakery/cafe as they know the kai is always fresh. I personally love how fresh their pies are not like others it's hard dry and has more pastry than filling. Their donuts are friqqn delish, custard squares just melts in your mouth, paninis are flavourful. My Tane always has the quiche & he's not fussed which one. Would hiqhly recommend. So many choices of pies, and the pastry is deliciousss. Great set-up with a self-serve line for cold items. We tried several different pies and they were all fantastic. Also tried a couple dessert slices. Prices are great, too!
Always fresh great pies, doughnuts, and what is called double happy which is a sausage roll with added ham and cheese very filling!
They are always busy, not rude but not have service friendly down pat yet. Lines go quickly

I've been coming to Calums for about 20 years now, and I think it's the best bakery in Papakura. The food never disappoints, the coffee is good, and the staff are quick to help and nice.
I’ve only been here twice and I’m loving their pies my new favorite go to bakery when I’m craving for some pies and pastries reasonably price as well.
Beautiful bakery stopped here on a cold Saturday morning on our way to Hamilton and brought a coffee and steak bacon and cheese pie. Flaky pastry and the filling was thick and had a lot of meat inside. Store was nice and clean and also they have a separate dining area if you want to sit down and have your feed. Awesome shop Best pie I've ever had. Coffee was good too.
food here is pretty good and fairly consistent. it's the go to when we have people over as we know they don't have good pies where they're from
Best bakery in town. Pies - best ever (lite pastry, rich gravy, chunks of steak, mm) Pancakes - (lg, real cream, mm) Coffee - Allpress (fav, airport only utha place I kno) we travel here for regular consistently good munchies.
