Entering Punjab Palace the service was amazing friendly & welcoming, our meal was so yummy from the poppadoms with mango chutney 😋 to the mains & spicy naan 😋 but OMG you have to try the plunger tea, I’m not saying anything more other than it’s the best tea Iv ever drunk.
I had no idea I was being watched by the owner when I was opening the plunger trying to figure out what the aroma was, I had asked the waitress what it was and she said only the owner knows, even she didn’t know, so I asked please for a little container to take away. The owner came to me and said he could see how much I loved the tea and gave me a small container. How honoured was I to be gifted with such delights to the senses!
He let us know over 20yrs he’s been there tucked away in the corner of Papakura across the road from Count Down. His Palace deserves your patronage. Me & hubby highly recommend.
