For the first time in a long time I went out for dinner and enjoyed all 3 of the courses! And thats a big deal because I am sooo fussy. Thank you to The Longkeeper in Pukekohe! To start I had the pulled pork soft shell taco OH MY GOD YUUUM! This was followed by the eye fillet which was cooked to perfection! And finished off with the lemon tart that came with a delicious manuka ice cream D E L I C I O U S! The staff were really friendly and attentive. They all smiled and engaged in conversation but wernt pesky or overbearing. One of the waitresses recommended the crispy potato skins which were also to die for. The interior looks amaaazing, like you just stepped into the city and was so fresh and clean. I loved the family style dining tables with bench seats down the middle of the dining area. Everything was reasonably priced and they had a fantastic beer and wine selection. This was comfort food at its best! I could not fault it which is something worth telling! Thanks again to The Longkeeper. And if you havnt been already get your butts down there and check it out!
Wonderful staff & food was lovely and quick , enjoyed our meal with our wee 17 month old. The waiter we had was very doting and great at his job. Highly recommend this place
We came for the platter, turned out to be great value. The only thing better was the helpfulness of the waitstaff and the kitchen going above and beyond to separate the foods for special needs. We’ll be back!

Our family loved the wee kids' activity area. The Family Computer and Nintendo playstation were nostalgic. The waiter was friendly and attentive.
Bloody awesome food and the best service iv had in a long time. Havent been to a restaurant in Auckland like this in ages. Glad for this to be in my backyard of South Auckland. Puke Proud!
I really enjoyed the feta and Mushroom stuffed chicken breast... It was amazingly presented and the pumpkin puree was FANTASTIC...i wish there was more to it though for the price... I did enjoy it all thoroughly
Very nice food. I went their to had a pizza very nice flavour and i had a beer great place for a nice evening dinner. Will surely visit again
Really enjoyed this bar/restaurant. Came on a quiet week night. The food was really tasty and really good value! The steak and chips for $18 was well cooked and the cheapest Ive ever seen. The Havana burger with pulled pork was full of flavour and the crisscut fries were a good miniside. The chicken wings had a good kick and flavour but needed more sauce and a blue cheese sauce would have made it perfect. Wanted to try the waffle and chicken but there was none left. Got the pork belly steam buns which were amazing with melt in your mouth pork. Would definitely return when in Pukekohe again!
Awesome service, delicious food. We had the pulled pork nachos, pork belly bao and the Havana burger. Everything was on point, the steamed buns were my fav. A must have. Will def be going here again
Had a lovely lunch here with my mum on Saturday. Food was quick and tasty and the service was friendly and helpful :) I like the little outdoor seating area

Everytime I have been here the food has been awesome and the staff have been really friendly.
Pizza is really good we have also tried the ribs, chicken wings, tacos and duck fat potato skins.
Good, solid choice for dinner out.

Bar filled up quickly for an event night, and food was still bought out in good time.
The food!!!!! Fresh, soft, tasty salt and pepper squid that had us nodding st each other in agreement of just how good they were!!!
Seafood linguine was amazing!!! Fresh, beautifully cooked seafood and nicely creamy pasta.
Was a wee bit hard to pay for our meals due to the crowd ordering drinks, maybe a designated food order/ payment zone would help.
Absolutely love this gastropub and will definately be back!!!

10/10 would recommend, the best service, was greeted so warmly when we entered and treated so beautifully by all staff.. Omg the beef cheek was to die for! So melt in your mouth perfect 👌 I will 100% be coming back, thank you for the amazing service and food ❤️
Excellent customer service. Excellent food. We ordered the market fish and chips. It was very good, chips were crispy as it should be, chicken was finger lickin good. We asked for extra sauce and got a good top up.
