Brilliant spot! ANAZING folks here behind the counter, great food pastries, pies, and the coffee was absolutely perfect - flavour, and production. But the service - super friendly and cool. Definitely a 5 :-)
This has to be one of the best places for food and coffee in the top of the South Island. Hand made pies are just sooo good and cakes and coffee are fantastic. Friendly staff and chatting with the owner is the highlight of my day. I cannot pass without stopping in for coffee, pie and a take home date scone for the misses.
The myth and legend is true. Amazing pies and the sausage roll was amazing worth a visit.

Lovely little roadside coffee stop. Run out of a trailer with some seating around it. Shares a spot next to a lovely fruit ice cream spot, so can eat both at the same place. They have good coffee and make lovely little pies, look kinda like pasties but different flavours regularly and often sell out, so be in quick. The lady serving was absolutely lovely and a pleasure to deal with.

Even in the onsetting Winter, Ginger Dynamite is a must-stop for passers-through in Riwaka. The outdoor seating offers crisp fresh air and an indoor module offers warmth for those recently returned from the BMX tracks.
The coffee is excellent, and thoroughly worth the trip from Kaiteriteri, Takaka, or Collingwood. The beautiful meat or vegetarian pies look too good to be true.

Really great pit stop. Brilliant coffee, and as she was close to closing kindly gave us some scones for free and had a good chat while brewing our coffees
The pies are to die for. Some of the best I've had. The coffee is fantastic. We drove in from Motueka every morning for the coffee. Fantastic little place
