This was so much fun!! Highly recommend doing the luge and gondola. We purchased a package that included the buffet lunch. The staff were very friendly and even gave us a special dessert as we were on our honeymoon. Next time I would skip the buffet lunch and either purchase items at the cafe or eat after. As noted the staff and views were wonderful, but the buffet food was mediocre.
Fantastic experience! Great views of Rotorua and surrounding area. The restaurant was very accommodating of food allergies and there was more than sufficient seating to sit and enjoy a nice ice cream with amazing views.
The gondola ride was fantastic, pram and wheel chair friendly.
We had tons of fun here! Did several trips in the luge and loved it each time, the tracks have nice variety and a couple little spots to pull off and enjoy the scenery. Has a nice eating area with a wonderful view of Rotorua. Definitely plan on coming back again!
Visited for gondola and luge. Both great. Didn't love the chairlift, but that's personal preference. A well run operation. Great for adults and children.
The luge was a lot of fun but the rest of the experience was kind of lacking. The helmets smelled disgusting and the wait times were a bit long considering it didn't seem like there were a lot of people there. View of the area is nice, though!

This is one of the popular attractions in Rotorua, offering a wide selection of combo tickets. We chose the gondola + five luge rides package, which costs 84 yuan per person. Looking at the map, there are five different tracks for the luge rides! At the beginning of the experience, the staff provides a brief instruction, and the view from the mountaintop is fantastic! Once you finish the luge rides, you can take the chairlift back up the mountain. Each time you slide down, you need to present the ticket for scanning by the staff.

Amazing location for a great buffet style restaurant ( definitely way above your average style buffet). The staff were very friendly and attentive, the food was beautiful presented and always topped up. Would highly recommend this business.
Our first time @ Skyline Rotorua, and we loved it! The views going up on the gondola were so pretty and the luge rides were so fun. Weβll def be back again. π‘β¨

Skyline in Rotorua Night Rides is sure an amazing experience. The view from the Chair Lifts back to the top is amazing. They have 5-6 Tracks that sure are fun. If your child is 85cm they can ride with you in the luge, preschooler have unlimited tandem rides (luge rides) which is just $6.00 for them. Also don't forget to collect your photos by scanning your helmet. Always good to take those memories home. They can be printed or sent to your email. Also when you get to the bottom you can also purchase your photos that you take before heading to the top on the gondola. Fun experience for the family. Just be mindful that it is the winter so take extra warm clothes. Check their website for more details.
