Obtaining fresh and piping hot wicked wings at a KFC branch can be quite challenging. Fortunately, at the KFC Taupo location, I was fortunate enough to enjoy just that. My sincere appreciation goes out to the exceptional team for providing such a delightful experience!

Food was good served by a new person I asked about going in the money draw and he told me it was finished this was on Saturday 2nd December I just saw on TV that it is still going so I'm really pissed of with them

KFC is KFC... Not much you can say except it always smells and tastes so good, but you always regret eating it afterward... This Taupo one was clean, had helpful staff, not too busy when we were there for lunch midweek...

Food was just OK, it did not have the natural KFC taste. The quantity of Chips was also less in the packet. Environment was good.

The best kfc I've had in decades! Succulent chicken not overcooked, perfect amount of chicken salt on the chips, delicious bun, yum! Great service too - a nice polite women taking the orders and giving clear instructions about driving through and a happy man taking the payment. Go Taupo KFC!

Charlie the night manager is the best ! going the extra mile isn't just a cliche when you serve customers outside of normal hours because you aren't too busy to cater to visitors to the area and she did it with such cheerful disposition leaving a lasting impression, no wonder the company has put her in there. even tho it was closed we were soooo hungry and probably one of the best chicken out of all the stores in the region from Hawkes Bay to the Central North island. look forward to dining in next time. thx Charlie 💖 regards, Leon 😉👇

As a tourist, went there during peak holiday hours, nevertheless their cashier staff was truly the star of the show, composed under heavy pressure and yet able to take multiple orders and prepare them during my visit with my wife there. Food cooked to perfection with preferences made to our order was spot on. A Fair 4 Out Of 5.
