Once again great food with the steak cooked to perfection, it just melted in my mouth. The Hamburger's were delicious for those that had them. Excellent service from Amber , Alanaha and the Irish guy helped make our night a great night for our family. All 7 of us really enjoyed our meals. Well done team !

We went for the Rib special . We booked a table and are glad we did because this place is very popular. So I would say if you want by I go ,rather book a table even if you assume it won’t be busy . But I can see why they are popular. They have different specials on different days and we intend on trying them all in the coming few weeks . The ribs we had came with chips and salad . The ribs HuGE. There was so much on the plate . I had to take some ribs home . Everything we ate was bloody yummy. We got the last ribs . And that was at about 6 pm. Even though the special is all day ribs I would advise if you want to try them book a table and try and go no later than 5:30pmish cos their ribs are hella good and popular and the offer does say something about ribs are limited numbers. I had the cocktail of the week. I think it was called a Robot. Mother of dragons it was good . I hope I can ask for it next time I go and it isn’t just something that was for the week we went . Also the decor new and modern and the place is very clean. The views are stunning . Im not a smoker but they had a clean section for the smokers .and it wasn’t tucked away . They still had the view. When we got there the front desk told us the place was booked up.I could only see 2 waitresses . The person at the front desk had to help with waiting and clearing tables. But the three of them handled everything so professionally , kept on smiling and didn’t break a sweat. Very good service .very impressed with the staff on the day we went. Wish I had taken names and taken pictures of the food. Just before we left we say a couple of more waitresses start working . We are definitely going back.
We had our wedding reception here, we chose this place as we have always had such a great experience with the team and food when we have visited for meals. They absolutely went over and above and it was the most perfect reception we could have asked for. Thanks so much to the team at Papa Mos especially Natalie and Lenny, we appreciate you guys more than you will ever know. You are superstars and fully exceeded our expectations!! Gary & Nicole

We’ve tried pasta dishes, veggie dishes and the southern fried chicken - all are amazing! And my daughter loves the Traffic Light 🚦 drink. The team at Papa Mos are so welcoming - highly recommend😊

Had a fabulous time at Papa Mo's last night with a group of friends. It was musical jingo night which was so much fun . Our waiter was a young man from Argentina who was super friendly. I followed his recommendation of the Prawns with a side of their specialty bread and it was delicious. We will definitely be back.

Staff were lovely and friendly. We came for brunch and ordered breakfast plates and loaded fries, a coffee and a smoothie. The food was great- the poutine/loaded fries were delicious, eggs were cooked well, unsure if I read the meal descriptions wrong or the toast happened to not get toasted or just sat a bit too long and unsure if the extra kransky was supposed to come as 2 pinky finger sausages or a full kransky but all the food still tasted really good. While we were eating we watched a plate of tacos going from table to table trying to find its correct home which provided some light if unexpected entertainment. Unfortunately by the time my coffee arrived it was just above room temperature and the smoothie ordered originally arrived as the wrong flavor but turned out it was just being brought to the wrong table and ours just never arrived until I went and asked for it 40mins after ordering and then it was missing a main ingredient (no banana in the banana berry smoothie). But it was still a fun experience and no one minded that I'd pulled a children's activity paper to do while waiting for meals to arrive and I'd most likely go back for loaded fries next time I'm in the Tauranga area (they're really good if you like poutine!!)
Possibly implementing table numbers might be something to look at to make it easier on the servers 😊
5 out of 5 stars for us! As a family we choose Papa Mo's to celebrate my birthday and the service and meals were outstanding. Nothing was a bother for the staff, they were happy and friendly, super interactive with our children, provided paper and pencils for them to draw and attended to all there extra needs :ie extra sauce, icecream etc :)
Food was amazing, tasty and great size portions, but to top the night off they brought out a muffin size birthday cake decorated with a candle and sung Happy Birthday. That made my night.
