I'm just sitting here eating the vegan nachos and revelling in the atmosphere. The food is so good!! And the staff and visitors remind me of home. Lovely chatty staff and friendly customers. I can honestly say Sola is my new local. �

$44 for 4 hot drinks, 1x caramel slice, 2 x sweet muffins, 1x ploughmans sandwich. All vegan, though only one us are. Yummy food and even though they were busy - not a long wait. We ordered from cabinet because we didn't want to wait.

Loads of vegan meals and gluten free options. You need to ask to get both vegan and gluten free but they do have options. Great find in the north end of Thames and well worth a visit.
A fantastic feast for vegans and non-vegans alike. Fresh, healthful and delicious. And very good service! But come early - they close at 3pm

Top range of fresh tasty food with lots of vegetarian options as well. Delicious coffee. Indoor and outdoor seating. Also garden seating out the back with toys to play with- if you can get them off the kids. Friendly service.
A delightful find - a great range of great food in a charming, quirky atmosphere. Lots of options from snacks to a hearty feed, with free-range, organic, vegetarian/vegan, gluten-free and organic featuring heavily on the menu. Staff were friendly and attentive. And you can "pay it forward" by buying a coffee or meal that the staff will then gift to someone who looks like they need it... Everything about this place made me smile. A must-visit for all tasteful visitors to Thames.
Have always loved this cafe the owners would let us bring our dog around the back so we could eat in the court yard and would also get water for pup. Great coffee and yum food. For Thames it's been a instatution. Would recommend all day every day. I not use when but I think they changed owners. Bit still good
Great vegetarian options available. Friendly staff and great coffee. Nice outdoor courtyard and dog friendly as well. Art decor on walls is often updated and supports local artists which is nice.
