Coffee is good. Double shot standard. I ordered a vegetarian quiche. It came very hot and a bit burnt on the top. Also a bit flavorless. Apart from that you'll enjoy this small charming cafe.

Stopped in for brekky on our way south. Lovely scrambled eggs and perfectly cooked bacon. Good coffee and pleasant service. Some amazing looking scones came out as we left but we were full from breakfast. Coffee was so good I had another to take away. Will definitely return.
Delicious food that came out quickly with friendly and efficient service. Some gluten free options on the menu, but only one gluten free baked option in the cabinet. I didn't see any toys or play area for kids, but the outdoor seating behind the cafe is quite nice.
Love this Cafe 😊 ambience is been well thought out, love the garden setting out in courtyard. Exceptional food and the quality its a 10/10 and as for the staff they are so abliging and friendly. Our favourite place to have a meal when passing through Tirau. A bonus is Power point's access at every table to charge your laptops and mobiles.
We stopped for coffee and cake on our way north - the scones 9we both had them) were accompanied by a scroll of butter... delicious, and saves wasting those little plastic containers too, served in a lovely environment. Staff were postively 'chirpy' and lovely to talk to. Scone fantastic, lots of date, coffee same standard.
Just had breakfast here, yum yum well worth a stop, cowboy hash, a generous portion. The coffee was also very nice. We didn't have anything from the cabinet, but the food in there looked fresh and appetizing.
Great place to stop in Tirau. Turn off the main street for easier parking at first left turn as you come up over the rise into Tirau heading north.. Delicious food and friendly, warm welcoming atmosphere. It has a garden courtyard but was not open due to a rainy morning. Seats also out the front in tge street in fine weather. We will certainly be back.for the great tasting coffee too.
Great coffee and food in a modern style café. You can sit inside, in the sheltered courtyard or on the pavement. Parking is available on the street and there's always a space within 50m of the café. Easy for campervans and trailers to park.
