We dined at Lulu as part of a voucher promotion, we were not disappointed.
Lulu specialises in share plates, both small & large.
The two of us shared 6 small plates, mainly seafood e.g. ceviche, salmon, popcorn shrimp all beautiful cooked with exquisite flavours.
The service was understated yet attentive.
We will be returning to try further dishes on Lulu's interesting menu

Booked online for my son's 21st dinner celebration, found the staff very helpful and friendly on the phone. On our arrival staff were very welcoming and friendly, our family and friends were so relaxed and enjoyed ourselves from the start till end. We had four courses, yummy to the max, also special catering for our veg and vegan family, delicious food. The Volcano coctail was superb..very nice. We enjoyed the night so much with such Outstanding Food and Service! Thank you so much to the beautiful staff and management. Highly Recommend.

Oustanding food and service! We had a number of sharing plates and everything was delicious as were the cocktails. Enough veg and vegan options to satisfy. The dent on the wallet was definitely worth it!
This pl is very cool - the atmosphere was very chill - loved the music playing & the staff service was awesome. Had a bunch of nibbles, small plates & a dessert. They also had a special on - $2 oysters, $6 beer (1 option) & $6 bubbles (1 option) from 5pm to 7pm.
We ordered - a 1/2 doz of oysters, tuna poke, taro chips,edamame,salmon,Paua fritters (tiny) shrimp popcorn, shrimp roll & pineapple lump for dessert. Enjoyed all the food especially the shrimp popcorn and tuna poke 👌🏽 and will be back to try some cocktails out in the garden bar.

Awesome wine list and really yummie strong cocktails.
Only thing I wasn’t impressed with was the $15 cakeage fee for bringing in a birthday cake..
I understand if they had to store it and brought it out to us on a plate with candles but we had it with us at the table the whole time and it was in a box..
regardless food was yum! Music was awesome and fell in love with the decor.

Been waiting a while to try this place with my wife.. Got there early evening and was surprised to find a couple of our first choice courses were unavailable... Even had to go for a third choice on the beer.. But what we did get was worth it.. Wife went with the pork belly and mango which she enjoyed with a side dish of rice.. To which we were undecided about if it was burnt or had been smoked.. As for the lamb.. It was just perfect for me.. Meat just came off the bone so easily & was very tender.. So at 1.2kg... It was sufficient for me to forego dessert.. Friendly staff.
Snazzy little update to the previous tenant. Great place for cocktails and great meals! Love the new vibe of the venue and the heated seats are still a great asset. Worth the visit.
As always, a fabulous experience at Lulu! We went in for steak night on Wednesday. The steak was perfectly cooked to our liking, and the sharing plates (including fries and salad) were the perfect amount. We also had 2 desserts which were both delicious, not too sweet but the right amount of richness to end the meal! Will be back for sure!
Amazing evening. Kai was beautiful and with 50% off we smashed that menu. Drinks were flowing as well. 10/10

Went for the WOAP burger which was fun and delicious! Great if you’re with a group of people as the burger feeds 3-4 people and comes out served on a lazy susan for sharing. Service was friendly and informative about the menu. Love the design and Polynesian feel.
Great atmosphere and lovely staff! We had oysters for starter and 4 other dishes, pulled duck, pork ribs, tuna and roasted baby carrots to share. Nice combinations of different ingredients, seasonings and herbs that you might find in different cuisines. Lovely experience in general. Will definitely come back :)
We had a few hours to kill before dinner for our work Christmas party so made a booking online for drinks and nibbles 5 hours beforehand- super easy online booking system, table was ready to go when we got there and the food and drinks were amazing! Will definitely be back to try some of the main meals 😀
We're always impressed with the food & drink @Lulubarnz. Their new menu is the most mature & refined yet - drawing heavily on an Oceania / Aotearoa theme & keeping everything fresh & local. The white fish pastrami is unlike anything we've tried before (in fact, all the kaimoana dishes are fantastic), we rate the potato fritters with kawakawa hot sauce, & whether you're into beef short rib or smoked corn 'ribs', there's something delicious here for you! Their bar meanwhile is always popular, with great cocktail options both refined & party ready.
The food is so delicious, we loved everything we selected, every dish was well designed and a little bit different. Try the charcoal grilled market fish with house butter, it's fantastic, and the beef brisket on kumara puree was divine. The service was superb; attentive, very friendly and knowledgeable on both the menu and the wine recommendations. The decor was lovely. The restaurant was a tad cold though, one or two degrees warmer and a closed front door would help, but we will definitely be back!
The food was pretty good. The deserts were amazing. 9 of us ordered shared plates - we ended up ordering most things on the menu. 3 of us are pescatarian so we were really disappointed to learn they had no fish what so ever at 6.30pm on a Saturday night. The restaurant was beautifully decorated but the toilets felt more like a club at 3am. Tired and dirty.
Booked Kiki Bar for a private function. It is the perfect venue for an intimate gathering. From booking to the event, communication was great, and the team accommodated and were flexible on the night. The food was amazing as usual and having a private bar worked wonders. Everyone enjoyed the night. Thank you, Lola and team!
