AS a regular customer, I have found them to provide very good service, and a well priced and diverse menu range. As someone mentioned earlier, their Bibimbab is bloody lovely, and the $10 Burger + Fries options good for later in the week.

I've been eating at Legato for years. The food is consistently excellent and so is the coffee. I've never had anything other than great service. I particularly recommend the Bibinobab; the cheese scones are justly renowned. Ginny is a great cook, and it's nice that they hire university students to help out - helping young people get an education.

Ginny and Juno who run the business day to day work hard to keep the counters full of yummy and fresh breakfast, lunch and snack options. But what really draws us to the cafe are the delish!! cheese and date scones. Both are really the best in Welly and sadly I am hooked on both.........ahh which one to choose today?? If you like something a bit different - try the oaty ginger slice - very healthy looking, tasty and filling.
