30 minutes wait with apologies from the staff for the delay due to rush. But it was worth. Yummiest ever. Amazing staff Best service It was my birthday today 5 June. I'm glad we chose this Cafe. Must try. 👍👍👍👍👍

Fantastic brunch on Sunday. Amazing hash stack for my wife and an omlette for me. We were regulars when this location was known as Sparx. Two subsequent owners brought the menu and service standards down, the latest owners have gone back to the Sparx roots, and brilliantly so!

Went here for breakfast this morning. Amazing coffee, one of the best I've had on the coast. Food presentation was amazing and it tasted great! Homemade crispy hash brown was the star of the meal. Service was with a smile. Only negative was the scone was a bit rock solid but had nice taste. We will be back ☺

Have not visited here for quite some time, last was back when it was called 'Sparx' I believe. Happy to say the new ownership run a great operation. Beautiful coffee in an actual decent sized cup - a rarity these days believe me. Wife's fritter order was a bit dry and the pregnant pallet meant she wasn't too keen on finishing hers. I mentioned this when settling the bill which the owner (I assume he's the owner at least) was excellent and very professional, insisting we not pay for that meal and ensured the feedback would be passed on to the kitchen. What stellar service there, appreciated by us very much! My pancakes were delicious I might add. Will be certain to return next time we're in the area!

I have been visiting the area for 3 weeks and have had many breakfasts here. I can not recommend this establishment to much. The food is fantastic and the service 100% Dave the owner is a one off and always ensures everything is perfect. I will miss my superb breakfasts when I return to UK

Lovely place with delicious burgers. Perfect for lunch. Also nice vibe and attentive service. A bit outdated look hence 4 stars. Will return if in the area again:)

Visiting the area and found this cafe! Excellent coffee and awesome range of food! The hospitality is astonishing and welcoming and felt very warm will definitely be back for another coffee!
