Had a slight miss-communication about what was on a burger & team went above and beyond to help me fix it up, so friendly. Service incredible, really appreciated after a big day working. Great place with incredible food. Highly recommend, team needs a pay rise!

Burgers are better than other branches, fresher and presented nicely on serving plates. The place was very busy but waiting time was reasonable, it's actually fast service. The tables are cleaned after each dinner. And the toilet is clean too. There is sufficient parking as wel with parking spaces shared between the shopsl and the location is close to the city center.

We arrived at a very busy time, but service was still surprisingly quick, service very friendly and efficient & food still too quality. The unexpected extra was a very friendly and helpful man circulating the tables (owner or possibly manager) checking on all the customers... A very good touch. We've been before & plan to return more frequently! 😎

Review redone as had Dean contact us following a less than great experience. Our following visit was everything we've ever experienced BF to be elsewhere in the country. Like our previous visit the service was excellent but this time the food also was fantastic - fresh, hot, the right amount of sauces and tasting exactly right. Not only did we enjoy it but you've converted my friend to BF now! Thanks Dean!

I ordered the wrong fries with my burger and when they arrived I was confused she offered to swap them over and insisted that it would be no trouble I said no thank you I appreciate it 1-2mins later the owner/manager dropped of some kumara fries and said try them with the Chipotle sauce it's good. I was saying no you don't have to but he insisted. Above and beyond absolutely beautiful service, he's such a great person.

Great service while learning to use the new app but worst chocolate milkshake I have ever had at Burger Fuel (& I drink them frequently). Could not taste the chocolate (strong caramel taste - most likely badly cross contaminated with my daughters caramel shake). Would recommend burgers but not chocolate shake if you have tried the shake in any other Burger Fuel & know what to expect.

I had a c n cheese burger with beetroot and it was the best burger I have had from any BurgerFuel. So huge my mouth was struggling to get into it and fresh crispy lettuce…. I could go on and such awesome staff and sounds😁😁😁

Good hamburgers. Fries crispy and coloured. The setting a bit tired and undervalued but the staff is friendly. So, if you're in for an easy meal it's a good place to go.
