Dropped in for some ice cream before a walk along the viaduct. The girl at the counter didn't look too happy to be there but service was adequate. We got watermelon and taro flavored ice cream in a cone for $7. The taste is very refreshing and similar to Melona fruit blocks that you can find in some supermarkets. Slightly pricey but a good place to come and enjoy the sea view.
This ice cream is far superior than Movenpick. Feels like proper Italian ice cream which any person with minimum food knowledge is aware it's the best ice cream in the world. Tiramisu and Apple pie flavours are highly recommended.
Fresh and premium grade raw food materials. Reasonable price. Warm-hearted service by a pretty Asian female staff. The taste of both coffee and meals were good and gelato items were looks great, too.
Icecream was fine but not standout (that might have been due to flavour choice.). Wouldn't go out of way to go back but you're limited with options down by the wharf.

The ice cream is nice and I would rate 3.5, but this place has a great view so I give 4.0. The service is great, there were quite a line when I went but the waitresses worked real quick. Will definitely come back!

Mmm, just thinking about this place gives me warm fuzzy happy feelings. Been here a number of times as a late night sweet treat. Noted a few people have complained about their service. In my experience; service has always been pleasant. Beautiful location at the ferry terminal, ice-cream generous scoops ... what more can you ask for?
This used to be one of my favs, but over the last few visits I've found their gelato to have icicles throughout - so not a great experience overall. I do like their egg nog, zabaglione and hokey pokey flavours - even more so when the staff can source the flavour from the back if not on display. That experience did make my day!
I have been to this outlet three times including today as well.Every time i liked the taste and quality of the coffees they are offering.One of the best place for having coffee.
I really wish that I could give this place a higher rating, I really do. I have visited this place so many times that I've lost count. They offer some unique gelato flavours and they themselves never let me down. I just don't get how so many bad reviews have popped up about their service but nothing has changed. I have mentioned so many times in previous reviews about the importance of 'service' and this is a great example. Great food, bad service. Everytime, I just feel like that they just want my money and don't care much about my experience. Yeah, they offer you samples, but once you've chosen your flavour it's pretty much get out the door. I really hope that their service improves because the gelato aren't bad. Give this place a go and fingers crossed that their service would have been improved.
This ice cream is the best - and the owners are so lovely and friendly! I watched a lady drop her ice cream on the floor and they just handed her a new one and cleaned up the mess. So kind. I had the white choc n Raspberry...YUM and on my second time the Hokey Pokey...not normally my choice of flavour but got a taste of it from the lady selling and it was TDF. I can see why this is a favourite of so many! Yum!!
Nice butternut squash soup and toast for $12. Of course the gelato and sorbet is good and you have the choice of waffle cone or cup. Great place to sit and chill out and watch the world go by.
