Beautiful little hidden gem of Auckland CBD. favorite place to get butter chicken, the staff are nice and friendly and asked if we wanted butter chicken sauce on our rice, I've never been to a place where they've said that, so extra and lovely. The taste of the butter chicken is slightly spicy which is really good, and also absolutely loved the samosas. Every time I'm in the city I've just got to grab some butter chicken from this placeš
The vegetarian options are legit some of the best Indian food I've ever had. Had Masala and Korma curries, with puffy fresh hot naan bread, and couldn't stop raving to my girlfriend about it. Absolutely lovely, friendly service, too. Will be back soon!

Sometimes it has happened with me that indian places serve you stale indian curries,But this place was not at all like that.Fresh and Hot!
I tried their Chicken Tikka Masala,it had a nice punch of Spice and sweetness with it.A spicier and creamy version of Butter Chicken.I don't like my curries to be sweet but this tasted still yummy because it had a flavour of hot red chilli too.
I would totally recommend people who want Indian food at a good deal and quantity.

The food was just wow! The lunch menu was incredible and so was the taste. SPICE OF INDIA has great taste and real value for money. $ 9 Curry choice of Naan, my favourite destination. Try Chicken Saagwala with Hot Bread.
Best butter chiken tikka masala and korma ever i have eaten. Service is very good. We ordered butte chiken on rice for my baby. She ate half of plate gravy was finished and i asked for more gravy the server gave me full bowl of gravy with some chiken. My favourite curry placešš»
Ate here one June 23rd 2023. Food was pretty good for the price. Of course itās not like home-cooked food but was decent. And a good price.
It was a bit sweet though, but everything else was good. And naan was nice and flaky. You can always assume if even the naan isnāt good then the rest of the food wouldnāt be but it was all good.
Stumbled across this little gem of a restaurant. I decided to order the 3 curry combo and I have to say it's been the best Indian food I've ever had! The naan couldn't have been more fluffy and the service was great! I loved it so much I came back again the next day for more!
Our 2nd time here as my boys wanted butter chicken. We ordered the combo meal which comes with naan bread and rice + drink, our meals were nice and hot as the new batch of butter chicken came out. Delicious meals, next time will try the other curry dishes.
Decent and affordable Indian cuisine in the centre of town. The lady at the counter was very professional, and I could see her calmly explain Indian dishes to some people who were new to it. I had the 2 dish veg option, and the Dhal and Chana were both great.
This is one of the best Indian meals we've ever had. The service was friendly. The price was good. And most importantly the meals were beautiful. So tasty! Best & freshest nahn bread too. Very impressed, we'll definitely be back and recommend :)
I purchased veg masala, take was really good. Quality and quantity was way better than expected. Good service, could not expect more at busy lunch hour. Will come again!!
One suggestion to the management, keep curries warmer than what is now so will stay warmer till its consumed.
Butter chicken and lamb masala is amazing and reasonably priced. Going for my third one some time today. 100% recommended (could be a little hotter though)
