Amazing food! Dont let the fact its a sports/gaming bar put you off. Best meal in ages. For a casual meal and beer I recommend!

Decided to come here for dinner at the last minute and am so glad we did!. The food was incredibly delicious, very reasonable prices (we paid ＄20 each), great staff and relaxed atmosphere. Will for sure come back and bring the kids here
I got the surf and turf and the other dish was a steak with mushroom sauce. The surf and turf had the most beautiful sauce and the chips were crunchy and salty. The salad was very basic but the dressing made it nice.
The only thing would be that the mushroom sauce was too salty and I LOOVVEE salt too much, so I actually loved it but I know that if I found it salty everyone else would die of a heart attack. Wouldn’t expect this food from a pub like this but I was very surprised 😊 would definitely come back
he place looks simple but one of the best dinner I have ever had. The staff were so friendly, prawns cooked to perfection, the salads and veggies were so good on their own. The meat had the perfect temperature and the sauce - magic!!
When cravings to eat a steak were unbearable, I chose the road to The Harlequin. :) On a sunny afternoon, with my work mate, I decided to check out this place. It was too quiet for the day. We sat outside. Not more than 5 guys in and out of the restaurant. Anyway we ordered beers from the tap, cooled ourselves and then came Steak & Eggs+chips. We had ordered our steaks to be Medium. It was well done.
Both of us enjoyed the steak.
Now the pricing part, Steak & Eggs +chips and 2 beers costed us $58, that was reasonable. Beer slightly costlier than other places.
In the end it was worth trying. and would love to visit again.
My family & I walked in at 2.50pm not realising that the lunch period finishes at 3pm but instead of saying no the friendly staff member said that he will ask the chef first and the chef kindly said no worries so we got to experience the lunch there. It was beautiful food "THANK YOU CHEF" & the staff member who served us was super friendly, awesome hospitality, lovely man, who actually remembered my husband from their last outing there! My kids enjoyed the food and we will be definately dining there again THANK YOU SO MUCH STAFF @ Harlequins HAPPY NEW YEARS!!!!!!

Visited almost three weeks ago, 29th March 2016. Bought some coupons, 2 meals & 2 entree for a certain price. Interior fits the bar look and there are pokies as well as a pool table at the back. It is quite a large premise. Very laid back and easy going place, nothing fancy.
Meals were great, had the pork ribs and calamari for entree. Pork ribs had a unique taste sauce to it and the calamari was friend well with some pepper seasoning. Moving on to the mains, a must is the surf & turf! My girlfriend ordered that and I had the crispy pork belly. They were cooked well but I recommend the surf & turf more.
Special mention to the manager at the night, Stefan for accommodating us even though we arrived at 9pm when kitchen was supposed to close. Still made it a fantastic night with great food. No difference in treatment although using vouchers for the night, in fact he went above and beyond to make sure my dining experience went smoothly and impressed the girlfriend.
Overall great service and food, didn't give a perfect score because of the interior and atmosphere. It is a bar after all but user friendly for a family. Would certainly return for the food and service.
Atmousphere needs a bit of work. Got us some groupon vouchers for dinner. Dinner and service was ok. Food was out within 15 mins of order, regular price is $25.00 a bit OTT when u compare the serving size and quality to lone star etc. This was good on a deal but wont go here for dinner.

Shared a two course dinner with my friend on Sunday...
We totally enjoyed the atmosphere, it was quiet and made it easy to talk. Service was prompt and they checked on us regularly without being over the top.
The entrees if wedges and samoas were really yummy. We ordered the surf and turf which my friend said was cooked to perfection. I ordered the pork belly but unfortunately it was over cooked and burnt on top. They were great about taking it make and I ordered the chicken roulade which was to die for and so I was somewhat glad my original order was poor. Turns out it wasn't the fault of this chef but the one on during the week that had pre-cooked the pork belly. All in all despite having to wait for my second main the food was fantastic. We enjoyed they wine we had and its great to know they serve the low alcohol wine as well. They even have. happy hour every day from 4-7.
Will definitely be returning and hope to try a better pork belly in the future.

Now been twice and also 5 stars, no issues with smokers but I certainly would feel the same .. excellent service and quality, they even stayed back late to cook for us as we arrived late.
Lose the pokies, lose the smokers and pool tables, concentrate of the food .. steaks, pan fried fish, battered fish all great, thanks.
Only go here for lamb shank meal but I do highly recommend the O.G Cheif he's left and come back. Glad to have him back and his cooking too, otherwise we don't usually eat here.
I'm a regular, visit this establishment every other day.
Staff are absolutely brilliant and they are one of the main reasons I prefer to visit this establishment.

Great bar in the heart of my community excellent staff all of them . Great pool table facilities so many places too enjoy a drink or bite to eat.
Overall 3.5 but push it to 4 because of the music. Food is what you'd expect from a pub, it's not a restaurant. Very chill and good place to just drink and enjoy.
Good for a catch up with friends. Nice local and great staff! Not really a restaurant but more a pub. Pool tables and pokies!
I recommend the Auckland Blues Music Club every 2nd Wednesday, live band followed by a jam session. Food available too.
Lovely to sit in front of the fireplace and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Great bar staff. Friendly and professional.
Large club, lots parking at rear, bar, pool tables, pokies, outdoor smoker's, well kept, neat and clean. Liquor store next door to take some home if you want after clubbing ha ha
