The atmosphere is like all other top notch highly priced cafes. But due to the presence of two embassies the security was very tight. One may find this annoying for just a casual dine in. But we understood the fuss about security. Let's come to the food. We went for breakfast and found a few options as only their weekend breakfast menu was available. Ordered Eggs Benedict with beef Bacon which was delicious. (750/-) Shredded chicken and egg toast (950/-) was different. Caramel latte (400/-) which I didn't expect to be that sweet. They put a small 🍪 on the side which was very flavourful and unique. It was a nice but very expensive experience to be precise. Adding a few more bucks and we could have tried buffet breakfast at a 5 star with BOGO on cards. 🤐🤐

Really this place deserves to be on top among the bistros there are in the city. From the main to the coffee everything was so deliciously made. Anyone must try their seafood platter coz it was superb. The coffee was also very good. But the price is higher than other bistros but if quality considered you can go with the price.

Went to Bistro-E a few weeks back for an afternoon chat with a colleague . Bistro E is one of the nearest cafes from my office, so many of my colleagues often go there for meetings or coffee. A few weeks back, I went there for an afternoon break as we didn't have lunch that day. We ordered some staple food to fill our tummy. Bistro-E is a classic high-end bistro offering different sandwiches, appetizers, soup, salad, coffee, dessert, and some Mediterranean food. Has a spacious seating capacity with a private meeting room and with the most cosy ambience. . Items we tried there: Mezze Platter: 1250++ - My colleague ordered this platter, comes with 3 pieces of minced mutton kufta that has a nice arome of moroccan spices, gherkins/pickles of (Jalapeño, cucumber and chilli), housespecial handcut fries, pita bread, some creamy hummus and garlic aioli. Tastes really good . Signature Sliders: 950++ - Tried these sliders before, and I really like them. 2 sliders with flavourful tender beef patty, caramelized onion, fresh tomato, lettuce, gherkins, and garlic aioli on the side. Tastes delicious . Latte: 400++ - As it was afternoon so we finished our meal with a cup of latte.

This restaurant is situated amidst many embassies. Hence, the level of cleanliness and hospitality was also of such level. I was a little disappointed about the fact that the washroom was not attached to the restaurant and we would have to go downstairs to use it. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted with the amazing staff there who greeted us with welcome drinks, (the drinks looked and tasted like watermelon). What immediately caught my eye was the dark yet cozy ambience of the restaurant. Different sitting arrangements available there, starting from couches, to wooden benches. We ordered the Edge Burger (as shown in the picture), and the way it was presented was very unique as the top bun is separated from the burger patty. The crispness of the beef bacon with the succulent patty really synergized and complemented one another. Also, I would say the pickle in the burger bun had to be the best pickle I tried. The pickle had some vinegar sour taste that was amazing to my taste buds.

Excellent place for a nice dinner outing with your family. Loved the service. Loved the food. Although I feel their steak frites dish could have included their mashed potato “Paris Mash” instead of fries. However the fries are extremely good too and go great with their house special sauces. The seafood basket is worth every penny. Personally the cream of mushroom soup was not what I’d recommend but a family member did enjoy it. Among the drinks I would can vouch for the Dark Chocolate shake. It is hands down the best shake I have had in Dhaka for a while. All in all do give out Bistro E a try. The food is nice but the place is expensive. Servers will be very assistive as long as you speak English and act like your NRB or something. The mains tasted good but the drinks and dessert are overrated.

Great food! Great ambience! I had no idea they existed until my brother-in-law introduced me to them. I absolutely adore their brownies. The one place I have and will visit over and over again.
