This is my new favourite nandos. Great decor and lots of seating options when eating in. I only usually go weekdays during lunchtime but the staff have always been friendly and efficient and the food is always cooked well and hot. Can’t complain really.

Went for early lunch at 11 on Thursday and it was good. Told by staff that I was too early and probably have to wait for kitchen to get ready. Ordered espetada it was delicious !
Very busy place! You order and pay before taking a seat. The wait for food wasn't too bad for the amount of people standing waiting to order!
Chicken wise, it is very yummy!!! If you like nandos, then this place serves pretty good and fresh chicken. The fries were piping hot and crispy with generous peri peri salt.
I had a half chicken and chicken roll with salad and chips.
Everything were cooked perfect and waited only 10min for my food.
Nice outdoor to dine in.

I love Nandos for fast, affordable and tasty food. Whether your vegetarian, health conscious or just craving a good burger and chips, Nandos is perfect. My favourite dish is the grilled chicken tenderloins, they are always soft, tender and marinated well. I usually get the garden salad with it if I'm being healthy or peri peri chips as I love the dry peri spice they sprinkle on them. It's also great that they have all the peri sauces (mild or spicy) available for anyone to use, as I love adding extra spicy sauce on my chicken! Service is what you'd expect of a fast food restaurant chain like this, but overall a good spot for a casual lunch or dinner.
Favourite nandos by far, come here at least weekly on my lunch break, foods always fresh and delicious, comes out quickly too. Service is friendly, no complaints here!
Food was amazing! Staff are rally friendly. A defs go to. However.. a large plate for a small portion of chicken is a little excessive. However, we always leave happy!
Been here several times and never had a problem. Good service and nice food. Maybe they could improve on their glasses and cutlery being more sparkling clean but overall their the go to place
This particular nando's is always delivering the freshest food, simply because it is very busy at all times. Their peri peri chips have the correct amount of peri peri unlike other places. The wait time is the only downside so probably not the best place if you are very hungry.
Our recent visit to Nandu Restaurant at Sylvia Park in Auckland left us thoroughly impressed! The star of our dining experience was undoubtedly the whole chicken with pita bread. From the very first bite, it was clear that we were in for a treat. The chicken was tender, flavorful, and perfectly cooked, and the pita bread added a wonderful touch to the meal.

Bathrooms need attention.
There was only one soap dispenser in the unisex bathroom, and it was empty with no soap.
The floor of the restaurant was not clean at all and needed attention and cleaning.
There were chicken bones on the floors, other unrecognizable items, and dirty tissues around the place and under tables, chairs, and sofas.
Also, is very slow in clearing the tables after customers leave.
Food was great, service was not so great. The man working there this morning had no customer service skills. Our order came out in bits and pieces and they forgot our drinks. Online ordering wasn’t working, the guy seemed annoyed to take my order.
First time coming to the Sylvia Park branch and it was pretty good! Have a new thing going on (or maybe I'm just a bit late) where you can scan the QR code on the table to order! Got one of their $15 half chicken promotion which was delicious. Service was pretty fast and when I noted them that the cups were running low, they restocked fast. Only down side was there seemed to not be much people cleaning up after tables so we just had to sit at a table with previous plates stacked on the adjacent tables.
Good food, service was in good time too. Did have some issues with speed of service a few months ago but they seem all good now.
Nandos has a hand washing station for customers which I always appreciate though on this occasion the paper towel dispenser was broken so made do with napkins.
Food was great though, tasty and the chips were nice and fresh.
This is my second visit to Nando's Sylvia Park branch. On Saturday, the place was crowded, but that did not prevent the staff from providing excellent service. Thank you to all Nadouz Sylvia Park staff. This is my second time trying Peri Peri chicken every time it was delicious.
It was wonderful seeing Nando’s return to Sylvia Park and finally open this week by Hoyts and Paparich. The new restaurant is very beautiful and spacious inside with the African fusion design accents and the seating is great.
The staff was very friendly and efficient so I was very happy enjoying the Superfuel Chicken salad with Portuguese roll. It really is a great relief having this new Nando’s open. Highly recommended!
Loved the food and especially their sauces. Nice and cozy place with good spots to click pictures. Can spend a quality time with friends or family.

Good tasting chicken. But just not spicy enough. I hope they can come up with one that burns and is super spicy because their selection is not spicy enough.
Apart from that very enjoyable. My mom bought us some takeaway today and enough to feed whole family.

Always nice everytime I go. However it always looked understaffed.
