Our company's staff outing was a blast. We love the atmosphere and the place was featuring uniquely themed rooms. We chose the XL room for its ample space accommodating 25 guests, allowing us to dance and sing our hearts out. Wide selection of songs but more to Asian compilation, complemented with an impressive sound system. Reasonably priced food and drinks during their happy hours. If you're a karaoke lover, this spot is a definite must-visit.
I have my birthday party here. There is very good experience for that night. When we arrived the room is ready for me is quite nice birthday decorate. And room size is Suitable for more than 10 people. Karaoke machines is fast and I can find all of songs which I like even the newest popular songs. And the food and drink all very good. I can’t believe they have the small hotpot in Karaoke room. How is special !!!! That is Prefer night for my birthday! The most beautiful memory! :)
Replaced previous KTV which was getting run down. New ACE KTV Karaoke Bar is much nicer. The facilities are welcoming and new. It pays to book ahead, especially for Happy Hours. $29 for 3 hours, which includes a main dish meal and a drink from the menu. The food is not bad and came out quickly. Song selection is pretty decent. Friendly service and discounted parking at Wilson Car park on Durham Street for $8 if you get your ticket validated at the counter when paying

I can't say enough good things about this place, always a great experience. It's a definite 5-star destination!
They have a wide range of food and drink selection and crafted cocktails that not only looks cute but tastes amazing. Love how they always change up the menu with something new and exciting. The atmosphere is definitely a highlight. With different themed rooms, you can experience a whole new environment each time you visit. And their special holiday decorations and staff dressing up, like the recent Halloween theme, add an extra layer of fun and excitement. The staff at ACE KTV is literally top-notch. Incredibly helpful, nice, and welcoming. And being a KTV bar, they never delay on our orders which is excellent service.
The commitment to cleanliness at this KTV is another thing that impresses me. Even when we visit later in the evening, the place is spotless. The staff takes great care to ensure everything is presented in an effortless state, which really enhances the overall experience. I've been to many karaoke places in Auckland, and ACE KTV stands above the rest with their standards. Highly recommended!
The environment is clean and tidy, the acoustic equipment is powerful. Good service, delicious food. The most surprising thing is that the music library is very rich, covering most songs from different countries. I will recommend it to my friends around me.
Fun time! Minimum 5 people to book a room and 3 hour stay. Songs are a mix of different languages. Recent Chinese songs, some recent English ones too
I have been twice! I think it is the best place to have fun with friends. 6-9pm, only $29 for one drink and one meal. I like to fry noodles very much. The stereo is excellent, I feel I am the superstar when I sing.
The decoration is very modern and fashionable, very room has different theme.
I will have my Birthday party there soon. I believe it will be a unforgettable night:)

Best Karaoke Ive been! Loved themed room. Great service and good food. We went there for my birthday party, couldnt enjoy more. Definitely going back again
Hands downs the best karaoke in New Zealand. Once you enter, the staff at the front desk are very friendly & welcoming. The rooms… what can i say but astonishing. Every room has its own unique theme, unlike other KTV’s where the only difference is the size. Service throughout the night was on point and the food was scrumptious. The variety of songs to choose from will make you sing all night long, paired with the next level sound system. Did you say your thirsty? They got you! dive into the beverage menu where you’ll find milk teas to cocktails or if your feeling a tad spontaneous, straight up shots! Go visit them yourselves, you wont be disappointed!!
Outstanding KTV venue! Impressive song collection, top-notch sound quality, and comfortable private rooms. The staff was exceptionally accommodating, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable time. Will definitely be returning for more singing fun!
