I was looking forward to trying this place when I first saw it. Their specialty is a brown sugar deerioca milk. I thought it was milk tea but upon ordering was informed that it was milk. Not the biggest fan of milk but tried it anyway. It wasn't until after ordering that I noticed they had chocolate deerioca milk.
The brown sugar pearls were warm and had a nice chewy consistency. The flavour was quite nice. it also came out remarkably fast.
The shop is very quaint with a few stools around as well as a couch. It looks very comfortable and inviting. The drinks were good and they do have milk tea on the menu. A nice place to catch up with friends or just to sit and relax.
Came to finally try this place out, having heard good things about their bubble tea... Cosy little space, so you probably can't gather a big group, or if you did, you could take away and head up Albert Park on a sunny day. The decos are pretty cute though. Now the bubble tea... I ordered the no.1 tea which was the plain brown sugar with pearls. It was good, but I might've overhyped it haha. They have a massive menu though, so I would come back to try something else. They also have wifi so it's a potential workspace too! Sadly they actually closed up before the time on google maps (around 6.30). Not sure if that's a regular thing or one off but it worked for me since I needed to head off anyway, but just giving people a heads up...
Tried a couple of milk teas (#1 and #2 on the most popular menu) here to see what the hype was about. Both were great! Great taste and really nice pearl. However, the price is pretty darn steep for what you are getting.
I would recommend getting a large size as it is only a dollar and a bit more.
