Great food for parties & catering purposes... Good serving sizes and well priced... We have catered with these guys for most of our house parties and so have many of our friends.

I love this takeaway. The pork in black bean sauce and fried chicken are my favourites. My go to almost every weekend. Food taste good, reasonably priced and in generous portions.
This is by far one of the best Chinese takeaways out west. The price is affordable and the taste is amazing. The chicken nibbles are crispy and delicious. Try there Chinese food and you won't be disappointed.
Have been here a few times. They have the best fish and chips in the area. The chicken nibbles are great and so is the combination fried rice.

We always order their plates (chicken fried rice/beef soft noodles/chicken chow mein) as I mentioned earlier affordable prices very generous portions especially when they add a lot of chicken pieces compared to other takeaways where there's little to nothing.

It was late and I was craving chicken fried rice, go right ahead and judge me, but we've all been there.
I ended up ordering chicken fried rice and chicken chow mein.ย
Both dishes were $10 and very generously portioned, ended up feeding the misses and me for a couple of days.ย
I was impressed with the size of the menu too, although i'm not confident they'll have the ability to keep all the ingredients fresh.ย
I'm sure I'll be craving fried rice sooner than I would like, and most likely I'll come back here.
This takeaways is the best.tried it out one time and have never stopped going back. Could almost say to the shop owners just the usual when I order lol. Chow meins are delicious with heaps of meat and heaps of veges and the sauce is awesome. Chips and fried foods are fresh . Must use fresh oil . Love this place great value for money!!!
Food is awesome, Huge portions, tasty dishes and service is fast and friendly and best of all it's really cheap! It's are go to take away place! Would highly recommend.
Local Chinese takeaway. Good food trays for $28 with 2 choices. We got beef chow mein and chicken fried rice, generous portion sizes, good to feed the family. Best to call and pre-order as they do get busy.
Honestly the best Chinese/European takeaways ive ever had. They have an extensive menu and everything comes to served hot and tastes really fresh and delicious. There isnt too much of a wait time here. I refuse to get my takeways from any other in the area!
Very nice food here been a few times now, good size dishes Bami Goreng and sweet and sour pork are acouple of our go to dishes from here look forward to trying some others in the future ๐

$2 and $3.50 chips are always a good deal - they give plenty.
Note: $3.50 chips is more than double of $2 chips, yet they charge less.
Highly satisfied.
Hands down the best Chinese Takeaway in Auckland.
My family has been going to this place for our Chinese takeaways for nearly 20 years and they have never let us down. Seriously. Each and every time the food is just as amazing as the previous time and it's always loaded to the brim.
We have tried numerous other places but no one can come close to Golden Town, they are the kings.
Every dish we get tastes great and there is so much of it, we always have leftovers for the next day.
If you don't believe me then just try their sweet n sour pork, you'll be hooked for life.
Since it's located on the side of the road, parking is usually tight but it's worth the hassle as the food is just that good.
Give it a try if you are craving Chinese, you'll be glad you did.

Superb place for eating takeaways (fish n chups hotdogs burgers etc), but not just takeaways. The Chinese takeaways are also super good (I'm Chinese). Try fried noodles and other things - the dishes usually provides loads of main food (e.g. noodle, rice), plus meats plus veges. Very good price for lots of food. Clean visible kitchen. Very big plates. Extremely friendly & polite owners. Fav place in New Lynn.
